For the smell in your bins, get some zoflora and pour on some kitchen roll and place in bottom of your bin. Works a treat 👍 xx

Goals second half of year: get back into shape with my trainer, after 10 lb wt gain in past 3 yrs grad school. Start a new job as a neuroscience therapist (part time) and as a criminal investigator supervisor (full time). Take a weeks vacation alone to Relax and meditate/pray to center myself before I start work in November. Love your consistent vlogs and food plan along with workout routines. ❤️🇺🇸🌹💜✝️🌸

How have you dealt with working out so much over the years + not seeing a difference or any real definition? Im struggling with my legs!
Calorie deficit. If your still eating shit. Nothing will happen. Need to eat 80% healthy. 20% treat !
Saff quick tip tshirts and things with logos on them are supposed to ironed inside out so the heat of the iron doesn't stick to the logo and pull it off

My morning routine depends on the day 🤣 if I have work depends on the time I have to be there. I don’t really have one 🤣 I wish I was a morning person but I’m not and I try and get as much time as possible I’m bed. Quick showers are my go too hehe

My morning routine: wake up at 4:45am 😳, feed and clean my fur baby Zico, a Portuguese Water Dog, run with him for an hour, come home, clean his butt and paws 🐾, give him a 🦴 treat and do all of my ballerina 🩰 stretching. I’m done when you are waking up 😂!

Depends, I have a chronic pain condition so sometimes I don’t sleep at all, and catch up in the afternoon if I need too, more often than not

How do you get around the not eating before your Levothyroxine, as it says to take 30-60 minutes before food/ drinks and other meds. Do you take at night?
