Serving sizes are for people who need to measure carbs and fats and such, typically you can do multiple servings but it’s to keep track of the daily value for people who need to track the amounts of things, for example carb counts, you can have 2 servings but you need to count 2 servings worth of carbs to take insulin, (I’m diabetic) really serving sizes are for daily values

Actually I eat the serving sizes. Also sometimes you can’t trust the serving recommendations on food items and usually people research it online based on your age or body type. The servings on food packets are based on the ages 15-18 so yeah.
Lunch- Toast on beans
Put on one more than the serving size because she will take 1 of everything you show her because she will want it too 😂

With the recommendation of serving size, I would say that from memory that it's worth it if someone is trying to lose weight, maybe? But, yes, Saffron is right that to anyone else would vary with other variables.
