I've been with my company for 15 years and they closed my dept. They transferred me to be an order selector I wasn't digging it. But now that I've discovered your videos it makes me feel a lot better about it. You're covering all the problems I've been having thank you so much for helping us.
I'm Grocery store receiver and also break down these pallets, so I appreciate the jobs that the warehouse pickers do. I like it when I get the pallets that are stacked very well. Only have had one pallet fall over in 3 years. I tell the driver to pass along the thanks from me for the job the pickers do.
@@TheWarehouseSeries I told myself the next time I am nervous about a pallet being shaky, like with not enough wrap, I will wrap it more before I move it.
@@TheWarehouseSeries Another thing I do is off load the top before moving. Especially if its glass items like Oils. Just don't want to clean up a disaster again.
Great video once again Tim. I practice what you preach, I say it time and time your picking looks like it is so much more of a challenge then what I do now. I think a had a 79 line item, 96 case order today. I enjoy those because you have to build, most hate them because it is not layer picking.

That's not bad to only have one fall over

Watched all your videos and still didn’t pass probation
I wouldn't get frustrated, probably 90% of new hires at my work can't do it. It's not for everyone. I do wish you the best
