Oh man I couldn't agree more! I think the music-learning community sometimes forgets that music-learning is still just learning at the end of day. And there are so many great insights and resources about learning in a more general sense that can be applied to music.

I'm putting the note C on top, and playing D and F below. Then I'm moving the D and F up chromatically, a half step each time. Try it out and let me know if you get it!
