Me personally? I'd rather hear a mature adult shut up and concentrate on the task at hand than this juvenile and ANNOYING, NON STOP ish. That's just me though because I'm an adult.
Yep. In the press conference, he was so honest about what he could do better. It wasn’t a canned response like you hear all the time. You could sense the sincerity and accountability.
And he plays exciting football. Did he throw 3 INT's against the Chargers? Yes. Was it still more entertaining than any Watson performance from the last 2 years? Also yes. If we don't bring him back next year, I might actually riot.
I think it is going to be how he plays the last 6 games. He might not want to come back unless he is guaranteed a starting position. If the Browns draft a rookie QB in the first round, then I doubt if he would want to come back.
@@StevenC32 I think running it back having Jameis lead and having a rookie learn for a year would be good. Rookie Qbs in Cleveland dont usually fair too well 😅
lol You crazy, having winston at QB is like flippin a coin. Last thing we need is so much inconsistancy. Better than watson sure, but not the future QB. We should keep him, but we need to draft.
My god the comments i am seeing. We browns must really be traumatized to think we should just give this man the whole team. Flip a coin, heads he plays good, tails he plays bad. That right there is the winston experience. While i do think we should keep him for now, he is not the answer, and we have had better QBs than JW. Hell he didnt even play that good this game, the reason we won was because of people like Conklin who dominated on of the best to paly the game. Can't even call the guy a game manager.
My favorite part is when he made sure he gave the high five to whoever it was on the sideline and said “I ain’t gonna leave you hanging.” Genuine great dude. I’m 💯 on board with this man
As a Clevelander who spent time in the Bible Belt, that's uncommon for that type of Southerner as most non-hispanic/latinos are Protestants. They're basically the Catholics of the south. Catholics just don't operate as... openly, usually.
The thing is, this is his energy when he was holding a clip board. Even when he was being over looked and not given the opportunity to show what he can do he remained positive and full of energy! He is a good dude!
I think that is highly unlikely. The best would be to become a bridge starter until the Browns find their longtime starter in either the 2025 or 2026 draft.
@@StevenC32 he's only a bridge if he can't thrive. I think he's more talented than guys like Geno Smith and Sam Darnold, and these guys seem to have some stability with their teams. I have no doubt the Browns would be in the playoff hunt had they started Jameis Week 1
@@metsrus I don't think that they are a winning team with or without Winston. He is mediocre at best, and certainly not enough to make the Browns into a winning team. He turns the ball over way too much, and that is why no one wanted him.
@@StevenC32 Flacco turned the ball over a ton and people were okay with him starting. Point is Jameis moves the ball downfield, all the browns qbs couldn't do it. His style makes him prone for turnover but look he already won more games than deshaun beating teams like the ravens and steelers. Is he the long term answer, maybe, maybe not. but browns should give him a full season to prove himself.
@@StevenC32what makes Jameis so great is that he has a rare mental toughness in the presence of personal error, most QBs throw an INT and get all bent out of shape, Jameis lets it roll off his back and runs in a TD later. That’s what you need in your starting QB.
Even his poor play is exciting. He threw 3 INT's against the Chargers and lost us that game... yet it was still more entertaining football than anything Watson has produced in 2 years.
The team needs to win games, by any means necessary. Although I don't see him as the longterm answer at quarterback, he is more than capable of being the bridge quarterback for a season or two.
One of my favorite QBs he is an amazing person and a decent starter. Even being in the NFL to begin with is a blessing and it is so awesome to see him living life for the Lord
Whoever says anything bad about Jameis must have a horrible life. Dude is just a great guy and he’s himself. Teammates must love him. That td run was funny asf
Born and raised in Pittsburgh, Steelers fan til I die, but I love this guy so much. Can’t even be mad about the loss, we were outplayed and his energy and genuine gratitude for the opportunity to play is everything the NFL needs in a player. I hope they keep him around for a while, I can’t root against him.
Love the way he praises the Lord and his teammates the whole game. I’m a eagles fan first but any time I see Winston on the field I’ll definitely be rooting for him
I love this guy's attitude! I love how he sees the field ! I love how no matter what happens he has a short memory! And I love how he picks up his teammates! He's a great leader and a good QB. Give him an extension before the season ends if he continues playing like this! At least with him us true fans don't have to feel like a creep cheering for our team and QB!
Man, this guy's great! I'm a ravens fan but honestly I'll always be rooting for the AFC-N. I wanna see the ravens win a superbowl but I wanna see the entire north make the playoffs one year. We almost did it in 23, I think it's possible! Anyway, love from the ratbirds! Stay positive lol!
People talk about how corny or annoying Winston can get but give me that over whatever energy Watson gave this team all day. Winston a true leader

“Somebody jump offsides damn!!!” ❤😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
😂😂
I felt that!
Hilarious 😅
Nick chubb was like "well damn jameis" hahahaha

The world needs Jameis right now. This is awesome.
this is the best micd up ive ever watched
Amen to that 🙌

imma seahawks fan but this was my fav too love this guys effort
How humble
Facts I agree
Winston is just a Golden Retriever man, just happy and excited to be here
That is like the PERFECT way to describe what we just saw lol
😭😭😭😭😭 the most exactly post ever
I'm not religious at all but I would always defend this dude. The world needs more people with this positive energy.
Thank you lord.
At one point he said “I’m always smiling I love my life and I was like yea he’s a ray of sunshine no diddy
You dont have to mention that you aren’t religious 😂😂😂it literally didn’t even connect with your general statement
Religious or not, just be grateful. That's why Jameis is truly full of joy. He is grateful for everything
Didn’t watch the entire video eh?
Best part of Jameis is knowing he’ll always give you 110% and if something goes wrong, he’ll be the first to be accountable. Love this guy.
I got that impression also.

That's my quarterback!
This team is awful.
As a packer fan. I hated his awkward videos when he was buc. Over the years I've noticed he's just being his goofy self. And I love it.

What a wonderful man! His faith, his enthusiasm …He is making me love the Browns again.
13 minutes for a mic'd up is so hilarious.
He has a lot to say! I love it after a W!
Next Jameis one should be a few hours long
I watched every second. This guy is really something special. Shoutout Winston
Absolutely hilarious
I think he means it should be 30 minutes long like they used to be
Usually mic’d ups are 5-6 minutes. When you have Jameis and there’s no cusses… makes it a lot easier to include everything.
With tears streaming down my face,
NEVER have we had a QB like JW
Let this Man retire a Brown, give him the keys and start till he is busted.
