That "light bugs" hit hard remembering going to Mississippi with my dad to visit my Grandma. Both of them passed early in my 20s. I haven't seen light bugs since. I'm sure if I did. It'd bring back memories like when they were discussing. Time was slower back then and more real.

I almost didn’t watch this episode because I didn’t know who this guy was but after exhausting every other new episode out I came back to this. Oh my god. I love Jameis. What a light what a positive force. I could tell from the moment the conversation got going something about him was so calm, and familiar. It’s because of his faith, Ofcourse! I loved hearing all the wisdom he had to share. He is 100% correct that you focus on yourself, show up grateful, give it your all and most importantly speak kind words to yourself. This is the way out of suffering. Praise god🙏
