    I don't think some of the posters watched the video. They are scolding the video maker telling us that it will ruin the car's fuel system. Did anyone see him put it in a fuel tank of any kind? After reading these comments I had to rewatch the video. Just asking because I tend to miss things sometimes. Also I am pretty sure that anyone that has had at least a Readers Digest version of internal combustion fuel systems and gasoline or even 2 brain cells to rub together would never consider putting soap in their fuel tank!

    Teraz dodam trochę mydła i mniej trocin. Do rozpuszczenia mydła użyję paliwa diesla bo można go bezpiecznie podgrzać do 60°C i rozpuścić mydło. Po ostygnięciu dodam inne składniki.

      Be careful, sawdust can self-combust due to spontaneous combustion, which occurs when heat from oxidation builds up in large, compact piles. Sawdust is a good insulator, trapping the heat generated by oxidation. If the heat can't escape, it raises the internal temperature, and once it reaches around 200°C (392°F), the sawdust can ignite without an external flame. Factors like poor ventilation, large pile size, and moisture can increase the risk.

    Its been said or so I've heard that old school granulated powder soap can get solid results. Dont forget emulsifiers or basic gelatin is another potential starting point. Keep in mind there are two preferred schools for deployment each requires different approach the liquid nape style needs pressure to propel its contentsover distances in burst and is efective for small openings raised off the ground like pill boxes and burns up oxygen in confined spaces potentially suffocating those maybe untouched by the flamible material. Of course static or shrapnel and bullets hitting the tanks results in explosions to those operating as well as in close proximity to said device. The other kind is a combustible petrol based type that isn't extremely flammable/explosive and is designed to be rolled along the ground into door/entryways and corridors and can be used on barricaded units and isnt as dangerous to platoons or elements with members armed with said device pluss the fuel isnt used up nearly as quickly compared to its liquid lava cousin.

    I keep a handfull of charcoal briquettes soaking in diesel fuel. Only takes one briquette to get the fire going.

    • @thisisyourcaptainspeaking2259
      @thisisyourcaptainspeaking2259 6 місяців тому +6

      @User39. Correct, an old pickle or canning jar will hold a handfull of charcoal briquettes. Then just fill to cover the briquettes with diesel fuel or kerosene and screw the lid on. Maybe takes 30 min for the briquettes to become saturated fire starters, I grab them from the jar using an old pair of bbq tongs and place them in my fire pile. Usually only takes a single briquette to get a fire going in practically no time.

      I pour melted wax wax from old candles onto wads of dryer lint that I place in egg carton depressions. They're fairly long lasting and work well starting the fire in my cabin's woodburner. Bit of dry kindling and a fire's up in short order. Works well outside too though wind can effect such a small flame.

    i remember them old metal gas cans from my military days. Some of the ones we got from this one supplier ya had to bang & pry on them flip tops and mostly they broke off. We had this older supply Sgt Kurt Renwual and he would acquire the broken ones legally put in a slip for em and he would get these big expandable rubber stoppers from where his wife worked. The fact is I still have 2-3 of em in the garage. Them rubber stoppers are still just fine too. I think if internet had been around back then like is now one of us woulda ended on the rich mans list selling them rubber stoppers and broken gas cans

Drill a hole from top down, either with a large drill bit or just plunge the chainsaw in, drill a horizontal hole in the side of the stump connecting with the vertical hole, fill the vertical hole with soap / laundry detergent, add gas and then light it. Burns very hot for a while so the stump dies faster. soak with oil first if you really want to burn it out.

    Has anyone used this successfully with charcoal (eg Kingsford bricquets) for grilling and found no problems with taste of food etc? I know "matchlight" charcoal exists but it was not available in a recent power outage, and straight gasoline soaked into the unlit coals is far too volatile to use safely (evaporates and mixes with air far too energetically/FAST). I have done that in the open, and it's still pretty unwise. Thanks!

    Styrofoam will dissolve more readily into the gas. If you let it sit for ten minutes, you don't even need to stir the mixture, and the resulting substance will burn hotter. I'll warn you though, if you spill it on your clothes after igniting, you're done, unless you have a pool, or a hose next to you.
