Zermatt is beautiful in rain, too! But can you imagine how it must have been in the Gorge during the mayham in June? River Gornera was furious. I love that you went through Winkelmatten, it's my favourite part of the village. You should try to stay at the chalet near Findelbach (I'll show you in pm). And little miss Chica, as cmfy and calm as only she can be 😺 Oh, and the cheese at your breakfast, had to stop the video, it had some yummy stuff there! Thank you for another beautiful video, Sunny!
Hi Rune! It was my first time experiencing rain in Zermatt-finally got to visit the gorge! I can only imagine how intense the water flow must have been back then. There’s still repair work happening around the village. I might look into visiting Findelbach next time! And the breakfast at Hotel Capricorn was amazing, with local cheeses, homemade jam, and fresh fruits. It was a great stay, even though I missed Hotel Bahnhof 😉
