If she was actually good, why did Odesza perform Say My Name without any singers on the Last Goodbye tour?

I have to agree with Edwin. Maybe her voice isn’t as smooth because it’s raw and in the moment. No post processing and hours tweaking the perfect tone at the mixing console. Maybe it’s just her, the microphone and some bad ass beats! It’s her song right now and she’s doing it her way. And that’s the beauty of live music. It’s one song and a million songs all at the same time.

I usually listen guitar-driven music (Rock, Metal,...) but I like the music of Odesza. This live version has something organic which I miss is other electronic music. The singer is okay, you guys complaining are just used to the pitch-perfect computer-corrected vocals. This is a live singer and she's great.

While we don't expect her voice to be the same as Zyra, she sounds like she's singing a bad karaoke version of the vocals. Singers have range, she sang the vocals in 1 key.
