Those floor foam mats are junk. The wrong type of foam. MIGHT ? be good for a few shots for broadhead sighting in. Because the foam is so junk you can pull the arrows. Like those crappy cheap soft foam sheets layered for broadheads testing. Waste of time .

Best target is 2 of tho pads and a bunch of feed bags behind it you can pull it out with 2 finger
and all you need to stop arrow is a plank of wood
