As a female please do not feel pressure to shave anywhere if you don't want to. If people try and tell you that you need to shave they are rude. Your body hair is *your* body hair and it should be normalized that women are not hairless creatures. If you don't wanna shave you don't have to. Some women go natural with body hair everywhere and others want to be hairless except for lashes, brows, and scalp hair. Always remember that the hair is there to protect and help the body. Keep it if you want, shave it if you don't want it but don't look down on other women who choose not to shave.

Almost 18 no kiss, no boyfriend to date! Its only by the grace of God though because I was like Morgan (minus the wedding 😆) and I was attracted to the wrong guys all through high school. I’m definitely saving my first kiss for the wedding day because I think it’s so special that way (even if the guy has kissed someone else before).
The only reason i don't use men's bathrooms if the line for the women's is long, is because i wouldn't want a man to use the women's bathroom if he thought the line for the men's room was too long
I have only used it while babysitting. Because if you have a child that is learning and really needs to go(especially when its a little boy) I think most guys are going to be understanding of that.
@Steven True i agree, if the bathroom is just a door that gets locked and no one else can come in it's fine. But if anyone can come in at any time i would feel uncomfortable. Especially with the huge gaps in the stall doors in America

Don't call someone toxic just because they "question" you. Some people call people toxic if they don't agree with everything they say. Don't just put yourself in an echo chamber. Allow friends to keep you accountable. Etc. Etc.
I don’t think they’re calling them “toxic” because they have different beliefs or opinions. They could mean toxic like maybe their friend gossips a lot, is mean, rude, etc. I think these girls are saying that if they show them the truth about the gospel, then the truth of Jesus could change these toxic people into beautiful and new people in Christ.

Just a quick comment from a professional waxing therapist. When it comes waxing down there, the number of strips depends on the direction of hair growth and the size.
Some ladies are small and some a large and they are all beautiful! Be sure to tell your therapist it's your first time and ask to see a senior therapist 😉

Ooohh, that friendship answers. I agree 100%. I had a toxic friend that called the whole world toxic and thought that everyone was jealous of her and out to get her, when no one really cared. She positioned herself in a place where she could be looked at (very extra) and then, accused people of wanting to know her business. Our relationship ended up in a harsh way with me looking like the bad guy overall and she not admitting that she was beginning to be a bad friend and justifying her actions with "I can do whatever, whenever". (I felt disposable. We were part of the same friend group, it wasn't like external or "freelance" friends, if we could call it that.) She also accused me of wanting to know everything about her life and "suffocating" her or being obsessive. I'm still trying to recover from that 'cause I felt neglected at a point and when I finally let her know what was bothering me, she could not take the information and made me feel like the worst person alive. About girls using guys' restrooms... I have to share this quick story: When I was in Israel with a tour group last year, there was one bathroom break in busy downtown Jerusalem that took forever because each restroom had only two stalls. It didn't help that in our group the girls outnumbered the guys 3 to 1. Afterwards, our Israeli tour guide said. "You American ladies are too polite. If you were Israeli women you would have blocked off the men's room and used it too!"
I was in a restaurant in Bulgaria and I walked into the bathroom. It was super nice and had couches and cloth hand towels. I do my business and walk out of the stall. There was a man sitting on one of the couches on his phone. I was so confused. He just looked at me and smiled and I walked out. Come to find out, everybody uses the same bathroom. The stalls are like their own rooms so it was super private. I hesitated going to the bathroom the rest of my trip.

My added two cents on the lingerie is that if you are doing it for you and not showing it off to people who are not your husband there is nothing wrong with that either! If I have a cute outfit on for a special occasion sometimes I wear matching lingerie. Not because I'm showing it off to anyone, but just because I like being super matchy

I walked into the guys bathroom on accident my first day of freshman year in high school. There were some guys in there using the urinals and it was probably one of the most embarrassing moments because the security guard literally saw me go in there😭

Lol ALSO, I was a cross country/track athlete for eleven years (middle school through college), and for SOME reason, the girls bathroom ALWAYS had a line out the wazoo, so my teammates and I-as well as most other teams-would go use the guy bathroom in groups and block the door, so no guys would come in 😂🙈 It just became so second nature 😂
Okay hear me out: Bengay/Icy Hot. For me, it relieves mild cramps (especially when paired with a heating pad) and it takes the edge off of more severe cramps so I don't have to take as many painkillers. I used to get terrible cramps that made me throw up and unable to walk when I was a teen and wish I knew about this hack then.

Your advice on toxic friendships was so on point! I once had a friend who was a few years younger than me and anytime we would talk, she would just come off as super jealous and rude and talk bad about other girls to me, even though I clearly didn’t want to. But I realized that God brought her into my life because she didn’t have anyone who is a Christian example in her life (even though she was a church goer like me), so I tried my best to be humble and kind to her. Although it was very difficult because she put me down a lot. Eventually she became really nice to me and I moved across the country, but I would say that if anyone else is in that situation, just pull through it and see how you can help your friend. It may be painful (and in some cases you do need to walk away), but God may also be allowing this for a good reason. By the way, Courtney’s story about the pregnancy scare is so funny! I had a situation like that where my period was like a week late (which I realized was probably from stress and changes in my diet), but I was thinking of all the moments where I could’ve gotten pregnant and not even known it lol (even though I’m a virgin). Let me tell you, I was never so relieved to find blood on my underwear!😂
Oh yes.. The toxic friendship thing is so on point as Courtney said. We are the light of Christ that these people see.. So it's very important to stay strong and speak the truth to them. I also feel bad at times, but I realise that literally it's just me and one of my friends who are saved in my college! So like the entire dental school needs to have people like me to shine and show em the love of Christ!

I've always experienced bad period cramps and backache, but I've come across something that REALLY helps: evening primrose oil. I just take one pill of the morning while on my period, and I have little to no pain!

I have PCOS so I am on the same train of no cramps and rare periods. So you are not alone Courtney in trying to figure out your hormones 🥰 I have helped one of my friends reduce her cramps during her period to almost none. This is because my mom ever since I got my first period she would make me do a VERY STRICT diet which helps with reducing cramps and any discomfort that comes with periods. I would be more then happy to share it 🥰🥰 I also love your Channel!! ❤️

Magnesium and Chamomile Tea are good natural was to help with cramping.

Frankincense is good if your hormones are out of balance I've recently learned! I was getting period symptoms but no period, so I rubbed frankincense oil on my lower stomach and massaged my stomach as well and got my period the next day after 2 weeks of misery. You should dilute the frankincense oil though, as it burns being put on full strength.

And we knew what kissing was, because we saw our parents do it.😂 So we did it...😅😂 And I unfortunately remember it very vividly...😂😂😂😂😅😅😅😅

As someone who frequently deals with terrible cramps, here is how I deal with them:
• I’ve basically cut out coffee from my life. I drink decaf now and allow myself maybe one cup of coffee a month. (So caffeine is an issue for me) and no coffee in the week leading up to cycle.
• Exercise, specifically cardio and lower abs. I find my cramps less severe when I workout regularly.
• Drink raspberry tea, oregano tea, and ginger tea. All helpful.
• Try and reduce sugar around cycle week.
• Heating pad, hot bath, warm tea. All help on day of.

I had the most painful cramps since my period first came when I was almost 15. For years I used painkillers, tried essential oils which didn't help all the time unfortunately. Until last year, I finally decided to give birth control a try. Since I was starting a full time job and didn't want my cramps to prevent me from coming to work. And I have to say I feel like I made the best decision, as I now deal with lighter periods and little to no cramps. 😌😌

I never comment on videos, but in regards to the more natural options for all my fellow ladies that deal with horrible cramps that make you feel like you're actually going to die, taking evening primrose oil supplements have done wonders for me! There are many women in my family who swear by it as well! Do some research and give it a try! I literally used to have the worst cramps, but as long as I keep up with taking the supplements, I'm totally fine!

For the cramps thing - it is honestly a matter of finding what works for you. I didn't have sickeningly painful cramps until about 2 years ago (I'm 24); hormones change soooo much throughout your life. I've started taking Pamprin, and sometimes switch to Midol off and on. I also started taking herbal supplements meant for estrogen and I think it's helped do something to my body to make it better, because with those intense cramps I think some chemistry changed in my brain because I would get super depressed or angry at random times during my period. With no reason.
Ultimately I've even considered taking light birth control, after speaking to my doctor, to regulate it. You've gotta go through trial and error.

Guys, this was so much FUN! Had a time travel to go back to girly sleepovers in my early twenties but with serious staff. I could watch 10 more videos like this e.g. girl talk about marrige issues, how to overcome fights, what advice would you give to your 13 yo sister, and than to your 13 yo brother. How to survive in law issues, parent issues. How to overcome bullying, critisizm on your boundaries. How to find Christian mentor. Etc.

Magnesium can be super helpful for cramps! Usually if I know the cramps are coming, I take magnesium and ibuprofen preemptively, and then if all else fails, I lie in bed with a heating pad and moan haha🤣

As far as lingerie goes, I believe “wear pretty underwear even if no one is going to see it” it’s a confidence booster and I think if you can’t tell what you’re wearing through your clothes your fine🤗🤗🤗btw I’m 20,single and a virgin.i don’t think anything but you’re own personal preference should determine what underwear you wear.i love pretty underwear sooo🤷🏼♀️WEAR PRETTY UNDERWEAR FOR YOUSELF👏🏻

I get horrible cramps for the first two days, it feels like my guts are in a constant blender. My sister on the otherhand, no cramps whatsoever. I'm both happy and jealous for her lol

I've heard that drinking Yarrow tea can really help with period cramps. 😊 I don't get cramps so I haven't tested it but my friend swears by it.
