He can build organs without any help from outside. He can bring DEAD people back. He found a way to remove skeleton from a human's body WITHOUT killing them. (includes skull). He also figured a way to UBER people. Which making them invincible to ANY attack. He knows how to UBER people's HEART like forever. Also he is a field doctor which means he can fight without any problem. He also figure it out to place baboon uterus to enchant people's physical abilities AND also knows how to grow 3 month baboon babies in MALE anatomy. And if nothing else Medic is a psychotic killer, while Mercy abhors weapons and advocates for peace; she would be much more inclined to flee if forced into conflict with Mr. "The healing is not as rewarding as the hurting". You could probably guess by their personalities that the Medic has more experience and confidence as a combatant than Mercy as well.

matthew skullblood Well, yeah. Medic has better offensive options with different needle guns and bone saws, while Mercy just has her pistol. His passive regeneration is active even in the middle of combat, while Mercy's isn't. He has a superior physique and definitely superior ground mobility as the second fastest class in his game, whereas Mercy mostly relies on being able to jump to her teammates to get around. And if nothing else Medic is a psychotic killer, while Mercy abhors weapons and advocates for peace; she would be much more inclined to flee if forced into conflict with Mr. "The healing is not as rewarding as the hurting". You could probably guess by their personalities that the Medic has more experience and confidence as a combatant than Mercy as well.

(No, I'm not factoring in crits, but if I was that would be just another advantage for the Medic. In-game, Mercy doesn't have random crits. In-universe, Mercy's blaster is energy based and probably designed for self-defense and non-lethality, which means it wouldn't get any "lucky hits" that would penetrate a vital organ. The Medic's weapons are the opposite, the bone saw is a slashing weapon and his needle gun's only purpose is to do damage with whatever he happened to have at hand, a fuck ton of needles either for blood or drugs. You're being a rude prick no matter the case though.)
