What Camerons Car Reviews has to say: For 2002 the luxurious full size luxury sedan the Infiniti Q45 gets fully redesigned. Infiniti is anteing it up in the full size luxury sedan segment now boasting a very luxurious interior with a high quality interior and high tech features. Power in the Q45 comes from a 4.5 L V8 made into a modern 5-Speed Automatic. Options like a high tech backup camera is available and of course a navigation system. A base model without any options will run you at about $55,000 which is $5,000 cheaper than our highly recommended Lexus LS430 and it is way more cheaper than the German competitors. Driving dynamics in the Q45 are acceptable it is quite fun to drive and it has blend with a prefect highway cruiser, however the Q45 is not as fun to drive as the A8 or 7 Series. With all of this said the Q45 makes a worthy competitor this car should not disappoint the rich business man who trying to impress his ole woman.
