Milk delivery companies see jump in demand during lockdown | AFP

The coronavirus lockdown has seen a surge in demand for milk delivery services in Britain. Milkmen once delivered nearly 90 percent of milk consumed in the UK, but that dipped to less than three percent in recent years. Now the lockdown has seen thousands of new customers sign up for the service, that delivers juices and food staples as well as milk, leaving veteran delivery men like Ian Beardwell 'double busy'.
