The pcv valve has been upgraded and is why there's only two holes for it so it will clamp down more evenly when fastened down plus in the video you'll see where I talk about there's an upgraded hose to buy as well for the upgraded pcv valve. The reason is the direction of the new valve will be different so the hose route is needed to be different as well. If you want the original part you'll only find it at the dealership and even they are updating them to the new design.
First check all your fuses and relays to make sure you have the right ones ,right size and also there working correctly. Next it sounds like an overcharge situation so make sure your battery is the right one. Next if it persist try new alternator and or an voltage regulator to keep circuit from over charging system. My opinion Is possibly alternator is putting out to much voltage to battery and creating back serge making the alternator to hot cause the battery can not absorb the power fast enough that the alternator puts out. Next thing I just thought of would be to tight of belt putting tension on pully .

I got mine at O'Reilly's same part number
Is that why the motor shakes
No the motor was not shaking on this vehicle. If your engine is shaking could be out of timing ,tuneup or just need rebuilt.
