Nearly 1,50,000 Tamils were massacred in a horrendous genocide comitted by the srilankan state ... All those pain and devestation inflicted on the Tamils in 2009 will seek its price for sure .... SRILANKA IS CURSED ...

Mistakes done by Sri Lanka
1. People kept electing wrong govt(who oppressed minorities, had absolute majority and power)
2. Agriculture impacted - Govt suddenly decided to ban pesticides and fertilizers
3. Miscalculated investment - Hambantota port(estimated 100 ships to be docked whereas only 34 were docked there)
4. Tourism(12% revenue) impacted - Easter day bombings and COVID
5. Wrong policies - Kept printing more notes , giving freebies (reduced VAT from 15 to 7%)
P.S. Nothing good can come by electing and giving full control to a government who has come to power by oppressing the minorities and talking good of people in majority.

i was in Sri Lanka for the entire month of March. travelled all over the country. strange that some locals have started attacking tourists now and the police and media hides those cases as if nothing happened. i recorded one such incident. situation is very bad. the politicians literally sold the country to china. but sri lanka is smart. they are taking 2-3 billion dollars from India when they have no plans to return it ever.

Free things and subsidy is not good for any economy, like srilanka cut off tax rates, In india also some politicians are giving free electricity, free water, 1000 per month etc for all whether rich or poor. If subsidy is necessary it should be for only poor, not for one who can afford it

China's debt trap does not mean high interest rates, the only thing that matters is how the money is used. If you use it build loss making infrastructure like the factories, ports in Pakistan and Sri Lanka the economy will definitely get destroyed. IMF does the opposite of this. Even if the interest rate is 0% it does not matter.
From this vlog, I understand that blaming China for the Sri Lankan crisis is ignorance or a political move considering the fact that their loan is only 10%.
@@trulyhumane1591 What happens when you use that 10% money to build loss making infrastructure that bleeds your GDP? It does not matter how small that loan was after that, does it? Every foreign investor uses debt trap policy, it is just that China's debt has a history of killing economics, unlike (for example) IMF.

6:56 "China Bina kisi shart k loan de deta hai". That statement is not correct bro, a loan from China comes with a lot of conditions which favour China. And china keeps these conditions hidden from the world by signing a non disclosure agreement with the other side.
11:11 The real reason why Sri Lanka banned chemical fertilizers was to save foreign reserves. Although Sri Lanka projected it as they were moving to organic farming but that wasn't their real motive. SriLanka imports it's fertilizer from other countries and pays them in dollar. With a falling economy, huge import bill and depleting foreign reserves, Sri Lanka wanted to save dollar for buying essential goods e.g petroleum etc and hence they stopped importing fertilizers. They didn't want to give impression to public that they are short on cash hence they made it look like a decision to switch to organic farming.

It’s not completely free and budget is not effecting of Delhi he doubled the budget and you should be aware that like Sri Lanka bjp is not focusing on economics problems like inflation unemployment and doing Hindu Muslim only to take votes from Hindu and most of the upper post are occupied by bjp ministers and they have more than enough seats in parliament so that he can take whatever decision they want

1. Indian land prices are highest in the world (more than USA / EUROPE / AFRICA). Its not because Indian farmers earn crores every year, its because the travel cost is too high (because of 70rs petrol tax on 100rs / lt petrol)
2. EVs (2W / 3W / 4W) will bring suburbanization in rest of the world because running cost of :
electric car is 1rs per km
electric scooter is 15paisa per km
electric cycle is 5 paisa per km
So if someone wants to live 50km away from office, he has to spend Rs 1000 / day on petrol today. 30k rs a month.
but if he buys a electric car, he will only spend 3k rs a month.
who is going to buy 1cr flat in city center now ? rental yeild in India is lowest in the world. IT developers are now working remotely, they dont need to buy/ rent a house in blr / bom / hyd.
Job creators in India are hated upon, because of socialism. Indians want elon musk to setup factory here, but hate ambani / adani for giving lakhs of jobs.
22 yr old rapido founders are giving jobs to more ppl than Indian railways, reducing travel cost in cities, and eliminating the need to buy a 2W. 2W sales have peaked in 2019, and are falling drastically.
switching to EVs mean middle class Indians wont pay 23 lakh crore worth of petrol/ diesel taxes (which is wasted on free houses / food / college) further fueling inflation.
50 lakh erickshaw drivers, solve the transport need for atleast 5cr Indians everyday, reduce noise / pollution, and further eliminate the need to own a 2W. This entire industry is homegrown, and without subsidy, but doesnt get the respect it deserves.
Indore already has electric buses whose TCO cost is lower than diesel cost of older buses. We can actually gift away existing diesel buses and switch to electric, just to save money.
Even washington DC doesnt have electric buses yet. This revolution is again not understood by most Indians. ticket costs will be lower and the risk of US sanctions will reduce.
the payback period of solar is 4 years, and life of panels is 40 years. this risk free return is better than SENSEX. and tax free.
add a electric scooter / bike / cycle, and younger generation of today can actually buy a affordable house 20km away from cities. its better to spend 1 lakh on electric scooter and save 50lakh on house cost.
Also, Indian govt has leased out existing power transmission lines, and provide free electricity to poor / dalits. We, as middle class Indians wont be paying for this if we have solar.
