The Wookie cookie was a must have on my last trip to Hollywood Studios but I was unprepared for how large and sweet it was. No one else was sharing with me so I was overwhelmed. It’s tasty but it needs to be shared!
Yep, that’s one I definitely split with someone.
I always bring a container to put my leftover cookie in for later!
We ordered 3 first time we got them. Were so not prepared for how big they are. Only finished 2 between 3 of us. 😂
Maybe it’s just me but I thought the Wookiee cookie was awful. It just tasted like sugar? The gingerbread cookie sandwich at Epcot was just so much better. Did I get a bad one?
It's okay, but it's not that great and overrated
The Felucian Kefta and Hummus Garden Spread from Docking Bay 7 was not mentioned, but for both carnivores and especially for plant based eaters this is an amazing dish! Im pescatarian, my husband is a meat lover and we are both obsessed. It is so much food, so filling, do not miss this one! I'm sad to see it wasn't mentioned.
When you introduced round up as fully immersive I thought I herd "fully yumm-ersive". I wasn't sure if that was an AJ word, I had to go back and re-listen lol. But now that I think about it, that should be a word, don't you think? Yum-ersive...think about it!
If you are a party of 2, you will probably not get your OWN car at Sci-Fi Dine In. We has another party of 2 put in our back seat that made for a very uncomfortable lunch for my wife and I. The food was good and otherwise the vibe would have been great but it was kinda ruined by having people staring at the back of our heads for the entire meal.
I tried a few drinks from Oga's and my bartender recommend the Bespin Fizz, I am so glad he did I've been craving another ever since
Not listed, but still loved: Mediterranean Chicken Salad at ABC Commissary. Holy cow! This salad is filling and comes with hummus and pita.
We got the shrimp tacos last month from ABC Commissary. It was really good, especially when we were tired of fried and sweet treats.
The Wookie cookie was different last time I was there in June! It was a hard oatmeal cookie that was terrible. I hope it’s not a permanent change and they bring back the original cookie recipe for it!

I love watching these guides. Especially when you bring up some special hidden games like here in Hollywood Studios where you don't think much about any special dining! Can't wait to try the Earl Gray Cupcake!

Docking Bay used to have a salad that could be gluten free (it had kind of a curry-ranch dressing). I was sad to see that it disappeared from menu (at Disneyland, at least).
I could eat that Ronto Wrap every day!! Can't wait for my upcoming trip. Thank you, AJ!
I also love the buffalo chicken grilled cheese in the Commissary. On my last trip we went back to the Commissary a second time just to get the grilled cheese again, and I looked up the recipe after I got home and made more! Yum!

fun fact for all you keto fans for the morning sausage ronto wrap at ronto Roosters or whatever you call it lol. You can pull the egg smooth out of the bread and it works just like a taco!!! I still to this day don't understand the point of the bread lol
I got dining reservations for Roundup Rodeo and Oga's Cantina! Soooo excited!
"Cobb Salad and Grapefruit Cake" -- You mean there are other things on the menu? Probably, but I don't even look at the menu anymore -- I'm happy with those two!

Love watching these. We make it to Disneyland more than Disney World (I think it has been 20 years since I went to Florida)...but we are planning a trip in the next few years. My younger sister is planning a trip with her family around Christmas (or a little after). Her girls have all the food allergies (her youngest is allergic to dairy, eggs, peanut, chia and her middle daughter has celiacs so she needs gluten free). Do you have any guides that come out seasonally that list which places have more allergy friendly items or what items our there are new that are plant-based and/or gluten free?

Kids are out of school. They have no choice.
One of my fave things about studios is how many places you can get food with actual vegetables. After eating nothing but sugar, bread, meat, potatoes etc I start to feel like an actual sack of potatoes if I don’t get some veggies.
I only go to the Brown Derby if its the only thing open later in the night. I am not a fan of it.
I always eat at the sci fi diner every time I go to WDW.

Open question im traveling in a month with a party of 10, i booked several restaurants but was only to get a party of 8, are they strict on the number of guests in your party

Yes we are a party of 10, but only have a reservation for 8, will they be able to seat the 10 of us
I was correcting my original reply, which seems to have disappeared. 🤷🏻♀️ If you are a party of 10 with a reservation for 8, not all restaurants will be able or willing to accommodate you. Your best bet is to call Disney Dining and work with them to get 2 parties of 5 or a party of 6 and of 4.

My gf and I went to Docking Bay 7 last weekend and it was so disappointing tbh. Cool theming, but that’s it.
Not a fan of 50s prime time cafe. The food is good but don’t like the waitresses bossiness. I know it’s just an act but I don’t like to be messed with while dining.
You can let them know you’d like to opt out of the shenanigans. 😊

Took the kids to Oga's and ordered every non alcoholic cocktail. All of them were interesting and pretty delicious but there was a universal opinion on the Blue Bantha its absolutely revolting. I spotted at least 4 of them around the bar that had been left similar to ours. The cookie is a consolation for how disgusting the drink is.

Go to Woody’s Round-Up and spend $45 per adult and $25 for kids…instead of going to the barbecue counter service near Tower of Terror and get the SAME MEAT for, and I’m not kidding, a quarter of the price. It’s all the same processed stuff that they just reheat, so if those biscuits are worth a hundred dollars more for you, have a ball at Woody’s!

This channel is absolutely amazing on giving people tips and tricks. A WDW trip requires a LOT of preplanning and knowledge, but you still have to be flexible and open-minded.
Like, I think The Brown Derby at Hollywood Studios is FANTASTIC, but very expensive. However, after a long day walkie in the hot Florida sun, sometimes it’s worth it to splurge to sit down comfortably, be served, and keep your sanity.
Why the heck is the plating in “50’s Prime Time Café” so fancy? They really should be more accurate to the theme and should be some SUPER plain looking plates instead of the weird half bowl half plate things.
JUST SAYING….. when it comes to SPICY food in restaurants and or fast food restaurants it’s not even that spicy! It’s like ehhh now if you want to try SPICY SPICY try the Korean spicy noodles 🍜. Then tell me the difference 😂
