That NorthStar genset should have a tank fuel shut off on the opposite side of where the electrical outlet box is located. My NS 5500 has one. ETA: Guess Not! Thanks for posting!
He should buy a new carb for this and have the old one rebuilt for back up, it’s AllWAYS the carb Just smart to have enough tools handy to charge it out on generator
Hey that's a good one sounded good to me. Glad I'm not the only one who pulls new parts and looses them before getting them installed.
Great work, like how you don’t cheat ppl and look for other problems that the customer didn’t know. I really wish there are more ppl like you.
Thank you

Use the choke lever to stop the fuel running out pops right in the pipe
Add two short pieces of fuel line to your needle nose vice grips to be easier on the fuel line on the equipment.
Hello sir at 16:10 of this vid that little hole is leaking gas on my generator what can I do to fix it
Possibly needle and seat leaking causing carburetor to overfill.
Great video, thank you.
Nice video man. First time to your channel, will be sure to check out more of your videos. Clear information, good video. (audio little soft though)

So why was it leaking just dirty ?
The tiny inlet bowl was corroded through. It shows it at about 9:40 in the video. Thanks for watching and commenting my friend
But you didn't show fixing corroded inlet bowel? Title should be how to watch me fix a leaky carburetor but not show you how I did it.
