BISSELL CROSSWAVE CORDLESS MAX WET/DRY MOP VACUUM Pros/Cons: PROS -Vacuums and mops at the same time and does so really well on my vinyl and tile floors. -Can vacuum without mopping! Just don’t add water. -Vacuums wet or dry mess. -Cordless. -The regular floor cleaner doesn’t have any noticeable scent. -Pet floor cleaner has pleasant clean laundry type of smell. -I found over all it did cut my floor cleaning time down considerably. Cons -It’s heavy. -It is a little loud but not unbearable. I don’t think I would use it with a sleeping baby in the next room for example though. -You MUST dismantle and clean the parts in between each use. I don’t so much mind this but I think some people would find it too much effort. -30 minute battery life. I need about an hour to get all my floors done so I need to dock and charge in between doing kitchen, dining, living and bathrooms. I purchased mine here for $649 AUD: www.thegoodguys.com.au/bissell-crosswave-cordless-max-2765f Or you can shop directly via BISSELL AUSTRALIA WEBSITE bissell.com.au/
Was great to see a thorough review from Australia 🥰 I just received mine today & it’s charging. I can’t wait to use it. I have lots of pets & I have 2 grandkids, so I’m sure this machine will be a lifesaver. Thanks for your great review!
I really enjoyed your video. I purchased one online. First things first. Australia's prices are $200 higher. Same product in USA is only $380.00. I immediately misplaced my manual. Thanks to your video I am now confident and able to efficiently assemble and disassemble my new helper. I rescue homeless kitties and one small doggy. I currently have 10 indoor outdoor kitties. And this little help does HELP in more way than one, because as you know, a portion of the proceeds goes towards homeless pet shelters. AND I LOVE THAT ABOUT THIS DECISIIN AS WELL. Have a HAPPY THANKSGIVING, STAY SAFE, BE KIND TO KITTIES AND SAVE LIVES😻💛
Thank you for this review! I've been going backwards and forwards on this vs the hizero and you've sold me on bissell! Hizero is not the best with pet hair so I'll definitely go for this one. Fantastic review!!!
I’ve already told hubby I want this since your tiktok 😂 4 kids + a puppy and cat inside, definitely a must have imo. I love that you put the pros and cons in the comments too! 🥰
🙊🙊🙊 I honestly think for a busy parent on the go and having pets on top it’d be fab!! I realised when I was editing the video I didn’t do like a pros and cons summary in the video so thought I’ll pin it in the comments! Some people will be curious but also won’t want to or have the time to watch 15 mins review so I hope it’s helpful and a good recap at least too 😊💖💕
Thank you for making this video! I am thinking about making this purchase and wanted to see an average person use it. Wonderful video that literally covered everything.
Thank you so much for this ☺️ have you tried on low carpets? I saw they say you can on just vac mode? Also can it get under beds like lay flat? Thanks again 😊
Hi Hannah Thanks for your great review Thinking of buying one here in NZ and wondered how you find it along the edges of kitchen cabinetry etc Does it get in close along edges? Cheers
Very good video, thanks for sharing. I have just one question, you said you can use it just as a vaccum cleaner by not filling water in the tank, I just wanted to know how good is this as vacuum cleaner?
Helpful yes, looks like it's worth the $'s. If you cleaned and emptied the unit in the laundry trough it would stop a lot of comments, and would be a good idea regardless :)
I know I’m kinda busy nowadays dnt have much time to hop on here but sista this is for sure never gonna leave u nd your channel😬😬❤️❤️❤️ addiction of u is for real❤️❤️❤️
So we have three boys so we use our current cordless vacuum almost constantly. The convenience is the biggest advantage for us. Crumbs all over the floor, grab it quick for clean up, put it back. Maybe clean once a month- maybe. So deal breaker question, is that an option with this thing? Can we use as just a vacuum to grab multiple times a day for a quick clean up or do you have to go through this whole water dump and clean process every time you use it?
I haven’t tried it as a stand alone vacuum so can’t say for sure but I personally wouldn’t use it like that. I don’t think the suction is the same as a regular vac
Hi Hannah Awesome video very well explain. I also got mine from The Good Guys for $545.... Hannah I have notice on some other Video here the same model has a Wifi and app to download from Bissell I was wondering why Australian models didn't get this Wi-Fi build in and was it even worth having.. Maybe only in the American models. Anyway Thanks
Cordless is great but Bissell has had a vacuum/steam mop combo as a corded option for a long time. It was called Symphony (which I have - love love) and then the next iteration is Pet Pro - the only complaint I have with this type of equipment is that emptying the dirt cup and getting the brushes clean is NOT EASY. But that is my only complaint. With the corded version, you don't have to worry about charging, loss of power/suction or performance. It's also at a much lower price point. It's just not worth it to me to pay double for a cordless option. I'll just get one for upstairs and one for downstairs :)
Great review! I was watching another youtuber’s review and she mentioned this vacuum will leave streaks marks when you wash your hard floor also the vacuum is very stinky? Just wondering if you can do an update since this video has been posted a few months😀
Hiya!! If you dispense a lot of water and don’t go back and forth over it to suck up the water it will leave streaks bc of the excess water and I take mine apart properly after each use to allow the roller to dry! If you don’t do this i.t’s no different to leaving wet things in the washing machine for too long they get smelly. They do also recommend to replace the roller every 3 months. Hope that is helpful 😁
@@hannah1989sch I'm back, lol. I just remembered that the other reviewer also mentioned that the dirty water in front container keep dripping everywhere.. Do you have this problem on you daily use?
@@water2299 it happens when u don’t empty the tank when it’s full (there is a line i think indicating u need to empty). Goes with other bisell products like carpet shampooer etc.
Can you make a quick video on this unit being used as a regular vacuum please? I want to see what it can pick up, hair tangle, emptying the bin. I like the idea of this vacuum but I dont want to mop daily. Currently my regular vac, I vacuum and just empty my bin into the trash.
I personally would not purchase this if you wanted to primarily use it as a vacuum. It is a mop first and foremost that has the ability to also vacuum up small derbies as it mops.
@@hannah1989sch Thanks for the reply. Yeah, the machine seem like a great mop but no so great vacuum. I'll continue to use my regular vacuum and mop manually.
Mmm no good for that I think you’d have to legit scrub with a scrubbing brush then you would just need to use it weekly to help maintain the clean grout 💖💖💖

I want to be able to clean my whole house in one charge. 30 min worries me. I guess i'll wait a year or two until this product mature... Working time is usually not like what the manufacturer claims.
Yes! You just don’t attach the water tank. It also specifically says to remove the water tank whilst the vacuum chargers at the dock.. so you leave it off unless you are going to mop 😊
Omg sorry I replied to this thinking it was the robot vac video you were commenting on. With the bissell crosswave in my opinion it is a mop first and foremost. I also usually vacuum with my normal stick vacuum before using this too

They are great for large areas but as you said can't get around the loo, vanity and some furniture.
