I got mine a couple weeks ago, very easy to set up and use. ❤ how it makes mopping my hardwoods so easy and does a great job. Bissell has several good ‘how to’ videos on UA-cam as well, they were super helpful to me. ❤ my crosswave (I have pets so I really needed this machine).

Nice, but I would wash all of the removable parts with the Dawn. There is no need to use the wipes for that. The wipes are good for the actual vacuum, though.
I lived in NJ and always hated the different room flooring. So when I retired to PR and built my house I made sure that my entire house was one continuous same ceramic tile easy to clean floor.

I was cleaning my vacuum and wasn't paying attention when the strainer fell out while cleaning. I couldn't figure out for the life of me how it went back in lol, but your video saved me. I followed you all the way today and a thought came to mind a half dozen times, am I going to be going through this every time I wash the floor? I am an 81 yr. old man if I need to do that I will have to make some money and hire a girl an outstanding looking girl. Thank you, very informative, and easy to follow. My Bissell Crosswave HFC arrived two days ago. It's fully charged, and the water tank filled. It turns on, goes through the motions, but no water seems to come out. It vacuums, that's about it. There must be something I've missed, but it's a mystery to me. Any ideas? Edit: Oops. . . after pulling the machine apart to try to work out what was wrong. . . I found a piece of cardboard between the roller, and the floor. It now works divinely! Am sitting with a cuppa, admiring the mirror-like shine on the kitchen floor. 😊 Taa!
I need this. I have two large dogs and a property that was recently graded so it now looks like a WW1 post battle scene. I have to vacuum and mop everyday so this would save some time

How does the roller rack fit with the "water triangular" container ? The notches on the water container don't seem to fully fit into roller rack.
