Thanks a lot for watching and safe journeys!
Great Video Gabriel! And thanks for using my music!
Absolutely, great stuff as usual.
What is the music playing at 15:00 please?
@@Drydo90 It's titled "The 3rd Door" by Jay Varton.
My wife and I are watching from frigid Pennsylvania. We're living the tropical life thanks to your videos. Keep em coming and stay well.
Stay warm!
I went to Costa Rica years ago on a tour. The tour was fabulous. We were told there are seven kinds of poisonous snakes in Costa Rica. So be careful where you walk.
Must of felt great standing next to that waterfall and hearing it's roar! Absolute freedom! 👍
The water in that waterfall location, is sooooo ever-clear! Loved seeing it.
I dislike that just because a country is popular with tourists the prices go up. Same problem with Belize where I am from.
Costa Rica is a expensive place in general, a lot of taxes going on make everything expensive even for us the locals
There is also better and free places to visit. Also cheap restaurants called sodas and cheap hostels or rooms.
You can find good prices and good deals always . It is like a supermarket ,you can get cheap bread or expensive bread , cheap salt , expensive salt . It depends , what are you looking for and how much are you willing to pay for whatever you want . Saludos
@@gutimolina72 Then maybe you should consider to have less tourism and more other type of economy, like productive economy.
been to the waterfall many times....I miss Costa Rica...Love the rain forests and animals...just beautiful
I really miss nature. Costa Rica looks so nice and lush.
Such natural beauty, a very beautiful peaceful looking town full of attractions.
I love the simplicity of your videos. Entertaining and educational! You're in my top 3 (travel people). Maybe I'll bump into you somewhere in the world, I'm on a mission to see every county in the world and I'm half way there now. Anyhow, all the best and happy new year!
Make sure to soak in the hot springs. Go where the locals go.
Amoebic Meningoencephalitis is extremely uncommon but Costa Rica's hot spring are a habitat for the microorganism (Naegleria fowleri) that causes it.
@@MarianoLopezSu what does this cause?
@@BuddyRevell455 if goes to your brain and then kill you, it was on the news , the owners of those hot springs were mad, because they were shut down, they had to put signs warning people to do not put their heads under water, if they do, to do it squeezing their noses.
@@MarianoLopezSu wtf!I am not getting in any hot springs then if I am ever in Costa Rica.
@@paganpriest4792 amoebas exists in every untreated hotsprings.
That is a impressive waterfall.. I would spend all day there.
Should camp out too, for what you pay!
Just saw your video about 3 decades of traveling, Gabe. Like I've said before, what an amazing life you've lived! I guess some people were just born to travel, and you're one of them.
Hope that when we all near our eventual end, we can all look back with no regrets, and say that we've seen it all................
One of my favourite places I traveled to in Costa Rica. Take advantage of spending time at a hot spring....it was soooo relaxing...Pura Vida!
Loved the ominous music when you showed the skeletal remains lol.
you're a 2020 legend! thanks for all the hard work you put in this year making cool videos, it kept us sane and entertained. stay safe and have fun!
Right on Tom, glad you've enjoyed the content.
Happy Playboy and Travels this year in 2021 Gabe. !!! You're a good man thanks for sharing all the good times with us all see you soon Happy days Dennis
Thank you so much. We miss traveling.
I love waterfalls😍
Wow! Love to visit this country one day !
Hola amigo seas siempre bienvenido a Costa Rica,Saludos desde san Ramón de Alajuela.
Absolutely beautiful waterfall and jungle.
Such a beautiful place!
I love it when you visit a new country!
4:06 I bet someone went there, walked out on that balcony and was like “yep, that’s it, let’s go home”.
I'd get to the $20 fee and be like "yep, that's it, let's go home." Who am I kidding, I would never set foot in that country to begin with. Too many tourists.
@@elchicharron9503 You can go as a backpacker as well, a explore everything in your own for little money, the fee was to be able to use those convenient stairs and infrastructure, but you could find your way down there and enjoy the waterfall.
Beautiful 🌱
That was gorgeous. Thanks Gabriel, I wish you a Happy new traveling year!
Beautiful Gabriel! Thank you! Stay safe 😊🙏❤
Thanks for your concise, no fluff videos. Good Travels to you from frosty Chicago. 😎
Slow down with panning the camera you have all the time in the world
Oh and ty for filming your trips..keep us homebounders informed
Gabe your videos are so informative and relaxing
Yay went to La Fortuna in 2018! Brings back so many memories. Thank you, Gabe :)
I went there in August 2018! really want to go back
Great videos and info. But dude, please slow down the panning action a bit, it's making us dizzy and cannot see clearly what there is.
I agree.
This is probably the 500th request about this that I've seen over 3 years of watching his videos. He ain't gonna do it.
Your traveling courage vim and vigour are eternally impressive, and these videos are bright spots in my days!
What a crazy place the 🌧️ rain forest , the huge trees and vegetation gone beserk . Nice 👍
So nice. I miss Costa Rica! I went there 4 years ago and swam at that same waterfall and swam in that same river. So cool you are there now. Check out the cloud forest in Monteverde. You are really close to it. Have fun Gabe.
and buy your ticket at the cloud forest you can get ziplining for the same price as just the sky bridge walk and gondola would cost from a agency found out the hard way ps it about a 3hr drive
Hi Gabriel, I've been watching your videos for a few years now. It looks like our paths will almost be crossing as I bought tickets to Costa Rica a few weeks ago! It was a pleasant coincidence to see that you were exploring the area. Keep those vids coming and thanks!
I've never heard about this place .it looks amazing .Thank you gabriel👍.
I went there 15 yrs ago just when tourism started. Looks way more things to visit now.
Thanks for all your work Gabriel . All the best for 2021 !
Amazing all the years yo have been traveling, you have never been seriously injured or come across any wild animals.
Costa Rica is green and wet for sure . I went to the volcano and it was cloudy and could not see anything , same as there on your trip ! Enjoy be safe !!!
I love Costa Rica, I did a night hike in the Monte Verde area that was awesome. Only other place outside of Galapagos were I saw amazing wildlife and fauna. Have always wanted to go back, enjoy your time there!
Loving the Costa Rica videos!
happy new year, and thank you for the entertainment you provide.
That place looks beautiful!
lush plants!
Thanks, Gabriel! Not that I care for this kind of climate, but enjoy watching your video from far away.
Beautiful place ....and beautifully captured video enjoying it to watch🤘
Hi Gabriel, It's a beautiful rain forest much to see the incredible landscape of incredible natural beauty. I'm surprised there are no fruit trees around.
Great job.
Happy New Year, Gabriel! Many wonderful experiences shared with us in 2021!💖
The ‘Questa una Fortuna’ Waterfall!
@Gabriel Traveler greetings from Costa Rica! hey you can also explore a zone called "la zona de los santos" which has more of a mountain terrain (similar to a "tropical swiss alps feel") and its full of biodiversity (you can google it). There is also a town called "Las Catalinas"up northwest in Costa Rica, which is a mediterranean town (also its mostly pedestrian) that you can take awesome hikes with beach views and its free!! Anyway i hope that you enjoy your visit and that you have a wonderful time!
That shack really gave me the creeps I kept thinking something was about to jump out in that place.
Excellent.
Happy New Year, Gabriel🥳. You have long been my favorite travel vlogger and I can’t wait to see what you have planned for 2021.
Thanks a lot for watching Chris, have an epic 2021.
A great video, enjoy!
Top 7!!
I dont know why but i love videos on places ive been.
Costa Rica is on my bucket list..snakes and crocs, flora and food!
It seems like they really take care of that area I didn't see any trash , really nice foot paths too
Thank you Gabriel that waterfall is beautiful thank you for showing us something because right now some people are a little lockdown looks awesome🌳🌳🌳🌳🌳🌳this is a cool not packed location you found!
Well done!
You need to check some other waterfalls, they are more beautiful and less expensive: at the Bajos del toro area, El Toro Waterfall, Las Gemelas waterfall, Paraíso de Manantiales waterfall, besides Heading for Guanacaste near Bagaces there is Llanos de Cortes Waterfall, and if you're Heading to the south Nauyaca Waterfall
Costa Rica is known for its incredible national parks, where tourists can enjoy some thrilling activities like river rafting, canyoning, cave tubing, and zip lining. It's also one of the best places for animal lovers to discover some interesting wildlife like macaws, sea turtles, and adorable sloths
Hi. Gabriel. Amazing.. Place.. Grazie mille for this excellent video.. Stay safe ❤️
Nice video. Thank you
WELCOME TO LA FORTUNA GABRIEL NICE COUNTRY SIDE
Thanks for the waterfall. :D
Wonderful 😃✌️
Another awesome video. Watching from another rain forest, temperate, from here in Vancouver.
Chifrio is the absolute best way to end an adventurous day like that. Btw Gabe most of that river has hot spring water from the volcano.
Beautiful video, central America is beautiful, I went to pulhapanzak waterfall in Honduras and they have a tour under the waterfall, that was extreme.
Happy New Year :) and Many Safe Travels!
Thanks and Happy New Year, stoked for 2021.
great video
Another Great video
Happy New Year! Great show!
Nice...! Costa Rica 😁
Though you are in Costa Rica right now and not Panama, I would recommend you to research the story about the Dutch girls that disappeared in the jungles while hicking in the hills near the border with Costa Rica. Don't puck around too much solo. Happy trails 2021
Very cool video! Thank you Gabriel for showing this fascinating location. Wishing You a Very Happy New Year!!
Thanks and Happy New Year.
Woooooow
Now that makes Costa Rica worth going to! When you were concerned about predators I kept wondering " snakes "?
happy new year .
Happy New year 🎉
Gabe, if you go to Tamarindo and feel like scuba and/or snuba diving, I would be happy to host you. No diving license is required. Having to have a license to dive is a common misconception.
Zum ersten Mal sehe ich einen Deutschen in der comment section auf diesem Kanal.
@@Andrij_Kozak Tja, die Welt wird immer kleiner 😂
What dive certification do you have?
@@nautiboiscuba Rescue diver. I would not be the official guide 👌🏻 it would be with my friend’s company I used to work for.
@@iammaxhammer I just completed my dive master and now getting ready to start my instructor certification.
The only thing,I don't like is that all those water falls you can't swim, but this one you actually can get in.
Happy New Year Gabe 😍❤
Nice we're Gabriel. Nice to see your healthy and enjoying life The waterfall is gorgeous Worth the walk in the money. 👍👍👍 But where was the flowers and wildlife 🤷🤷
Probably plenty of tarantulas in the vicinity. My very first one was an aphonopelma seemannii, aka Costa Rican zebra spider. Beautiful, but rather skittish.
Lv from India ❤️
I've seen a zipline course going through the park (zip to a station point then connect to another line to another station and on) near Pulhapanzak Waterfalls in Honduras.
Happy new year Gabriel!
You should be more concerned about venomous snakes than jaguars. You will never see one. I definitely wouldn't recommend hiking on overgrown paths and narrow trails like you were wearing sandals for that very reason.
I was thinking the same myself. Some really venomous ones there too. Nuts walking in sandals.
Thats Americans for you. They dont think about that kind of thing well enough.
@Dee Absolutely. But they are elusive and primarily active at dawn and dusk so you’ll unlikely ever see one in the wild. Especially given just how dense the forests are. But earlier this year one was spotted chilling on a beach watching surfers at Santa Rosa National Park. Google “Costa rica jaguar beach” and you’ll find some photos the surfers took from a boat they had used to get to the surf spot. There are 6 different types of wild cats that roam Costa Rica. The Jaguar being the largest.
walking up that creek at the end world be fun and be prepared to get all wet
Fun exploring! Watch out for fire ants 🐜!!
Nice
ive been to 26 countries. Costa rica was the most expensive place i have ever been. The food gave me constant indigestion.
Then you haven't been to Switzerland😂
@@zammyr6807 Or Norway.
@@midlifecrisis7888 fr dude
@@midlifecrisis7888 Norway? I thought that everything in Norway are almost free because state does not know what to do with all that money. They say that Norway does not have debt. Incredible.
Arenal is great! You'll need to check out the hot springs. They are also pretty expensive but pretty cool!
The hot springs are soo cool!
Next two videos will have hot springs, expensive and free.
