What's even sadder is that they made her at 14, and at about 90 pounds (Bailey Bass was a short, thin 18 year old when production started), she doesn't have enough blood in her to even make herself a companion.
The biggest thing I regret for Claudia is that Louis saw her as the vehicle for his redemption. She didn't consent to that, she didn't volunteer to be the one who washed out the guilt he felt. "I couldn't save Storyville. But I could save HER." But that's not what happened. Still died for his needs.
I think he feels guilty already so he tries to tell himself it's not his fault. But deep down he thinks everything is HIS fault because he asked to turn her because he wanted a reason to live and to feel a little bit more human again. When they were happy he didn't mind his "Monster" nature as much clearly. But she became miserable and he knew none of that would have happened if it weren't for him also little spoiler in your comment there !!
It’s funny how you start this episode with it being so cute and happy and then as the story goes on, you’re like oh…oh wait 😮 The next few episodes are INTENSE
Claudia is a breath of fresh air! lmao Uncle Les & Daddy Lou!, I love it! Can you believe it? Falling in love, having a very short romance than killing him all in a short span of time. Poor Claudia, she has a lot to learn, poor thing. Coming soon....Claudia goes wild!
I watched the first season so many times, but for some reason watching your reaction kicked up more emotions this time. Lestat said to Louis, "you were ready to abandon our home, but now you want a bird." What do people do with birds? Put them in cages.

Louis calls himself Lestat's baby bird & later Lestat tells Claudia she's built like a bird. Levi, Louis brother says the birds talk to him. So my brain is hearing bird where there is none. Lol! The search continues.

Actually claudia isn't as strong like other regular vampires because of how old she was when she was turned
