Great informative video- us FOO owners will take any help we can get! BTW, had to chuckle when i saw your driver window anti theft warning sticker. How could anyone steal one of these when half the time we can barely get them to run properly with our FOB’s?😂😂
A fix for FOO community. Phone charging pad not charging?? All you need is to cut two rods about 3 1/4 inches long and about 1/4 inch or the thickness of a chopstick and place it on the bottom of the charging pad. No drilling or glueing. Just sits on the bottom and you can’t even see it. Just doing that raises your phone 1/4 inch up and align the phone with your charging pad. This works perfectly. Just wanted to share with your viewers.
Hi Mike. I'm in the UK and really love driving my Ocean Extreme. But it's pretty scary now to think I may not be able to maintain it for the time I wished to. Do we have an owner's club to share vital information between the experts (not me, I'm a simple doctor) to help each other out as you suggest? Geoff
I have not been able to update to 2.0...failed many times. Now my FOO will not deep sleep and I have lost regenerative breaking and ADAS. Any thoughts 😕
If you have SW update 2.0, you can go into the settings and set the "Standby mode" to 30 seconds (your choices are 24 hours, 10 min, and 30 seconds), to lessen the amount of time to do a deep sleep. It will, however, take longer for the Ocean to wake up . . . so you may want to set it back to the default 24 hours . . . after you have accomplished your deep sleep reset.
BTW, I used aluminum rods that are painted black that I cut from an old Jeep antenna and works great and looks great, not that you can see it unless you look directly at the pad and at the bottom.😊
When I lock, I get a solid blue light, not a flashing one. Trying it anyway to see if it work. Trying to figure out why I only had one shot to install 2.0?
my soft reset doesnt work? my column doesnt work. is there another option to obtain fun/hyper mode? its been a few months i havent used fun/hyper mode.

The sunroof reset but after using once, next time I got into the vehicle the sunroof took on a life of it's own - opening closing etc and then died. The blind spot did not recover nor any other issues. Yes I will contact via the Reddit thread - thank you.
Hi Fisker Ocean Specialist, I think I have figured out what is happening the bad "software issues"with the Ocean!, well kind of not really any!, it's lack of experience and knowledge of how to reset the OC after the battery have died!, -it's a lack of knowing the right process and procedures to reset after a battery swap then it has died! That leads to all calibrations have to be reset, like California mode, have to reset and calibrated, so updating the OS in the Ocean, put or throw the Ocean on an auto transporter and drop the car or throw cat at someone porch with a new battery is not working!. So why this "12V Battery theory", well Fisker has not been able to get the stock of Ocean from the inventory out to the owner/consumer quickly, they have for a while just taken be a car of the stockpile then from a pile up stock, and then rapid starts to transfer the vehicle to the new owner, it's very likely the Ocean been on the stock for several months and with the old version of OC 1.0, is which known to have a vampire drain, -it's the 12V battery that is dead at sale point, a new battery is just thrown in to save time!, they start to download the latest OS and of the car is!. How many of those new owners how had very bad software issues got a car with a battery where the HOLE OS and all sub software function has not been check, corrected, calibrated?. It's lack of proper reset from a dead 12V battery, that has created a wrong myth around the Ocean, and lack of support team/technicians in the prep of car for sale, they properly need to test drive every car, before update, then check system check, recalibrated, and then do a test drive!, correct process and procedures is needed from dead 12V battery!, Tom
Just want to let everyone know, hard reset only works if you have 4g connection. My FOO will lose 4g every other day and my tech tells me that it’s a know issue with the 4g module.

I found 10 mins to be best in between. You can still drive while the screen is finishing booting.

Yes. 2:30 the blue like is starting the process. Technically mine is set to 10 mins…but you can change to 30s
