Another sterling effort from you! I just got the word that my Ocean Ultra is ready and I should be driving it in the next couple weeks, maybe sooner…. Thanks for all you do, your always super positive but give very honest advice! I’m so excited to be a part of the Fisker community for years to come! It’s because of you and several other Fisker Ocean owners on here that gave me the confidence to stick with my gut! I’ve been a reservation holder since 8/22.
I don’t own a Fisker but just pointing at the cruise control I think it makes sense to press twice the button so you don’t accidentally activate it, thanks for the info
Thank you. I thought I was crazy that it took 2x press to get cruise control to start, but only the first time. Also, I find it tricky to exit cruise with high regen. Its challenging to guess where the right spot on the accelerator is to keep it from lunging from cruise to manual.
I had to disable my driver attention warning; it was going off and no matter what I did it kept increasing in intensity, acting like I was asleep. I couldn't open my eyes wide enough to get it to stop, so I just shut it off.
It is funny that Fisker can't do this user guidance on youtube or somewhere on internet. Is there any media personnel? you are doing it easily. Thanks again. Nice car!
@@Ocean1_FSR I currently have version 1.11 1 of 2 - still waiting for 2.0. To connect to home WiFi you turn WiFi on (button above Hotspot) and it will show available WiFi. Select yours and input the password when prompted.
@@ColinSnell-k5r Thanks I wonder why you can't do the updates through Wi-Fi then? I will definitely try that when I get home but it'll probably be late tonight so I may try it tomorrow, Thanks
@@Ocean1_FSR I am not entirely sure that that the WiFi remains on when you lock the car. Ill check, but I think it is always off when I next unlock the car. Maybe a battery saving thing - does beg the question what use is the WiFi though if that is the case? I have no idea whether it is possible to perform a software update through the WiFi either - would make sense to be able to do that.
Another excellent video. I’m in Canada. The at home service has been excellent. I send in the request, the next day they contact me and set up an appointment. Second email, second fast response. My service technician was at my house yesterday to install my 2.0. They used my Ocean wi-fi connection to help with the download speed. I had set up my wi-fi under 1.1 and now have it connected again now that my 2.0 is installed. It was easy. IP address and password, just like connecting to any wi-fi. When you get your 2.0 can you do a video on how to save your profile? Much appreciated
Why would you turn off the daytime running lights? It's much safer to drive with them. If the sun is behind you, you can see well, but people approaching you may not even know you are there with the sun in their eyes. You should really turn that setting back on.

Excited for you. If you have any questions, just ask me.

I know. It's weird. When first turning it on it's 2x presses, but after that it's usually just one.

Thanks 🤝👍
FISKER SHOULD BE PAYING YOU!
That would be awesome 🤝👍
You can connect to house WiFi or Phone Hotspot - pretty simple to do.
Okay I will try that when I get home then. How do you connect the car to your home Wi-Fi?

Can you customize the Home Screen?

Why is the FM radio reception so bad??
Not sure. I Bluetooth my music 🎶
You’re probably fortunate not to have 2.0 yet; but when it does finally load, the bugs should be mostly gone!

this car is too complicated.
Really? I find it easy.
