Great tutorial man but one of the things that you could do in order to make this visual effect more realistic looking, is actually making the ground wet with a hoes, this way you can mix practical effects and VFX, plus you can also wet your hair, your face and your clothes just to tie everything nicely, and just a a final touch I would also make an sky replacement, but overall it’s a really nice tutorial ❤️
there is only one disadvantage of videos is .. every effect you showed is paid or we have to purchased that . And sry but that's fact . so if u can avoid that . because we all here beginners who can't afford this effects by action vfx . so you have to think about that . because we love your videos that's why I am saying this .

Ideally you would combine it with you being wet and having a wet environment. If it rains though you can make it stop. Unless you make it a special effect prop
Is there any way I can get access to particular without paying? It seems you have to pay to access it the particle function, which is essential for the whole thing to work.
But when the original rain comes back, it's not rotated it still rains slightly to the left, which will make it look fake. So.. but still a nice howto.

There is a depth of field option on the camera Idk if it effects particular tho but idk why it wouldnt
