Not just a gathering of 200-300 people… But a weekly gathering of 200-300 people at 1:30am. It doesn’t sound like they did anything wrong. But it’s an open park where anybody with ill intent can show up to cause trouble or harm.

I lived in Overbrook Park in the 2010’s. I drove Uber throughout Philly from 2014-2022. Next, the video does not reference teens under 18. You acknowledge the video refers to weekly gatherings of over 200 young people. I went out on a crazy assumption that a few of the 200 people were under 18. You posted it doesn’t sound like “they” did anything wrong. By “they,” I thought you might have been referencing the 200-300 people in the park as opposed to only the two wounded people. I believe I have seen park signs in Pennypack Park stating that the park closes at dusk. This is a public forum.
