THANK YOU FOR WATCHING! This video was super challenging just because of the amount of footage. It took a lot of work to make the story somewhat coherent, haha. Oh man, you're in my backyard. I've rode with so many pros there and was trying to get Buttery and the Palmers together in Cainville. My mom lived in Torrey Utah when I was growing up, so I'd ride there alot one of my favorite places to ride also Green River is sick Mt buddy Eric Farr hit the Thumb there, it's stupid big Renner hit it too. Also there's 27 1/4 road here in Grand Junction you are literally in the route of like 3 epic ride areas. So sick Junction has alot of the same formations as Cainville even the spines and cliffs, but harder packed clay based soil, less forgiving but doesn't blow out as fast, we have some 150+ booters. Stank Dog stops here about every year.
I didn’t get to see the thumb this time around but I’m sure it’s massive in person. Like the sound of Grand Junction soil. Got used to this stuff by the end of the trip, but harder-pack would be way more confidence inspiring 😂 Maybe next time I’m in the area
Awesome video! So glad i came across your channel! I have learned a lot by watching you and listining to you guys talk about jumping technique! Thank you for taking the time to film all this!
This was the video I’ve been waiting for! I wish I could’ve met up with you dawg! Caineville is such a weird riding spot. It’s the only place the dirt will crumble under you so you gotta be smart about riding there
Grew up in the little town above the creek there love it out there grew up riding bikes and stuff out there and going to the lake love to see people out there
You’re a jumper, Jay! Just ease into like you’re doing right now. Sooner or later, your new name will be, “Jumper Jay”! Tom is also rad for taking you under his wing. I like him! He’s just like you. Very humble.
U need to make it to laughlin nevada in winter for some epic free ride. Come in the summer and too hot to ride. Enjoy the Colorado river though. Only way to keep cool. Ever river boarded?
That definitely looked out of this world Jay. What an amazing area. Loved the fly over from the paraglider. It would be so easy to get lost out there if you weren't riding in a group. The rocket van intro was on point.😎👍
Jay... You sell yourself short regarding your skill set. You know how to ride. With that being said.... I get it. Live to ride another day. Thanks for the cool vid.
What’s your other camera you’re using to film yourself? Not the chin mounted GoPro but the one you’re using when filming others and when you’re talking to the camera.
Been looking to add a vlogging aspect to my videos so I am looking into cameras for different situations while out on the trails. Looking into the new Sony V-E10 mk.2. Don’t think I can afford that A6300 just yet haha.
I've been there once. The razorbacks scared me more than the jumps. I also met the president of ogio out there. I gave him a masterlink so he could keep riding. Cool story huh
In normal circumstances, yes but I wanted to be cautious in this situation. The dirt was hard to get used to and I didn’t want to do anything I wasn’t 100% certain of. Consequences are pretty high here since it’s pretty far from any help. Very happy with the jumps in the last part though :)
Keep your hair cut and add only fans to your account 😂😂 thanks for the advice prolly force myself to find a summer thing then go somewhere better temperate than Idaho in the winter
@@jaydalton I know that fear but if you grab a 2000 forward there’s parts galore and after market makers out there my boy . Def like the rmz conversions with the rm power plant, but something about the rm frame just makes me never want to switch from it especially the “in the seat” instead of on the seat like newer models have.
THANK YOU FOR WATCHING!

the spines were no joke, looks super fun.
Nice whips off of natural terrain!
I new it was swing arm city. I had to go there once too to hit those big clay hits. 12hr drive from my house. It was fun amd scary.

@@jaydalton Confidence inspiring yes, forgiving no. 🤣. Pumped you had fun🤙🏁
I dug this video. It's like a bigger Ocotillo Wells. So many options. You had a great guide and tow-truck.

Yo Mars look crazy! All the white NASA vans look sick too
This looks soo damn fun! Nice video, man!
Fantastic intro 🤣 That place looks dream-like, it was so cool when you were riding over the mountain edges and through the grooves.
Thank you for a long moto vid!!!
No problemo :) Enjoy

Also neverbored will put you through the gnarliest ridges 😂
Hahaha yeah those were some solid first ridges for me 😂 Maybe I’ll see ya’ there next time I’m a Utah man
@@jaydalton most definitely let’s hope everything lines up this next time and maybe do some single track mountain riding
Love the videos man keep it up
I was just out there last month, crazy awesome place!
Such a good video. That spot was insane. Be safe out there
Dude!! If you're every back in utah, Saint George specifically, I'd love to show you around the desert here. So many rad spots!
We need a super cut of every time Jay calls something scary 😂
😂😂😂😂😂😂
Grew up in the little town above the creek there love it out there grew up riding bikes and stuff out there and going to the lake love to see people out there
Watching you ride that ridgeline had me seriously stressed out.
sry

I’ll write ‘er down. Didn’t hop in the river this time around but maybe next time. Haven’t done any river board action
Great job not dying Jay!
Thank you Daniel :) I did my best
Watched. Every. Second. Sick video !!!!! Great job jay
Thanks Justin! Glad you enjoyed
19:52 i thought the engine stalled in the air lol that was crazy
Should ride the track again love them vids man
We’ll be back on the track soon! The RMZ isn’t quite set up for it so I need to track down a loaner 😂
unreal UA-cam upload jay dalton. So stoked a tom p collab happened

SWING ARM CITY BABY!
Wes Agee 190ft backflip is somethimg I will never forget seeing!
Cainville! Mcgavran and cinq prob the first 2 legit boys to ride that place back in the terrafirma days. So sick 🤘🏽
Jay with that youtube money, buying himself a flying car and everything
We ball
Giving the ppl what they want🤙👌
Starting a gear fund account for you lol great stuff as aslways!
Those gloves were officially retired after this 😂😂

That's crazy riding, Jay!! God was definitely watching over you and you riding buddies out there in the desert. Stay safe!!
Mfin dirt bikes!!!!
Gahdang right
Please more MTB videos of launching and not really knowing what you're doing but still crushing it
Might have some potential for that next week 😂
Jay... You sell yourself short regarding your skill set. You know how to ride. With that being said.... I get it. Live to ride another day. Thanks for the cool vid.
Thanks for understanding 😄 Might have seemed like a bit of a pansy but this isn’t the place to just huck yourself over everything. Big consequence
Awesome video Jay
Thank you :) Glad you enjoyed
When i went there, threatened rain every night and super windy.
6:36 pull manual 😂😂
9:28 glad I’m not the one riding this holy crap you’re goated
Jay, you need an electric start hahaha
It would have been nice to have here 😂
Let’s go it’s finally out my bad for making u walk today jay 😂 tell Tom I’m Srry got not asking
Place looks way fun
Welcome to Utah
Those ridges had me yelling at the Tv
Ya booiii rock on🎉
38:43 has to be the sickest non riding/riding clip
Love clay natural jumps!. Give it some gas? Slippery compared to east coast, right?
I don’t know if you can call these clay but the small ones I did were pretty fun 😂
This makes me want to buy a dirtbike again
Awesome video
So sick man. Random question, how many hours you got on the Rmz?
Creeping up on 80 hours. Going to do a piston this week I think
Some sick a@@ trails!!!!! The ridge thing made me very squirmy. What tires are you running? Looks like a cross between soft medium and hard.
I’ve switched since then but the were Starcross 5’s
The fisheye was a bit too hardcore in this one especially when you're just looking around. Awesome vid tho!
HOOOLY crap the paraglider was hauullin!!!
Those guys are nuts hahaha
14:50 unreal
Let’s goooooooooo
You gotta check out these crazy new full squish BMX bikes. Think wethepeople make one.
The camera really doesn't do justice just how steep some of these are
Cam really did me dirty on a few of those 😂 Made me look like even more of a pansy than I was already being hahaha
oh BABY.
Dude are you still in utah? I've got lots of good riding we could shred while you're here
I’m a Cali man now. This was recorded about a month ago just didn’t have time to edit. Might be back later in the year
You silly fella
What’s your other camera you’re using to film yourself? Not the chin mounted GoPro but the one you’re using when filming others and when you’re talking to the camera.
If we’re by the vans, it’s a Sony A6300. If we’re out riding it’s an iPhone 15

The 6300 is pretty outdated now. Can probably find a used body for $3-400
@@jaydalton yeah I haven’t looked at the used market yet. That’s for sure something I’ll have to look into!
I've been there once. The razorbacks scared me more than the jumps. I also met the president of ogio out there. I gave him a masterlink so he could keep riding. Cool story huh
Dang never know who you’re going to meet out there. That’s cool
Why do you always reach across south your right hand to hit the kill switch.? Isn't easier to just push it with your left thumb?
If I do that, I'm still in gear. Don't like dropping the clutch and stalling it for some reason.
@jaydalton drop it into neutral, and you won't stall it. It's right above your "one down"
My guy, those gloves..
Low budget operation 😂
@@jaydalton I love that you're out there man, no judgement 😂
moon dust
It looks like your on the moon
Its just a headgame you had all those jumps man

Your ridding keeps getting better🎉
Utah hits different eh?
First on lug jays channel of stuntz
ur van can fly?
Of course.
Is that a 250 or a 450
450
wait why is Jay doing Enduro?
Blame Tom
@@jaydalton Ok I'm blaming him!!!!
Not to be that guy but how do riders afford van life? I’m homeless again and wanna do it but my disability check ain’t gonna get me far
They all have jobs. I scrape by with UA-cam

Gotta grab ya a rm250 to pair with the rmz🤌🏾🤌🏾🔥 that spot looks GLORIOUS THO 🔥🔥🔥😮💨💪🏾
250 would be sweeeet but parts are kind of getting scarce. Maybe an RMZ250 in the future? 😁
