While performing at a theater in Pennsylvania, a few people wouldn't stop responding verbally to everything I said...and I snapped. Mike Albanese www.inmyownhea... / bigmanmike / bigmanmike
Added a new video where I ended up working the crowd the whole time and got some people an internship at a tech company by the end of the set: ua-cam.com/video/9VtbN6T8GF0/v-deo.html
Looked up comedians arguing with audience after I saw the biceps comedian on Cr1TiKaL's channel, this was much more positive. Better use of my time than watching people get angry. What was I thinking?! Good clip
yeah i agree about not wanting to watch people just get angry. all over my TikTok is videos of people filming cops and making a huge deal about badge numbers, rights etc, like just chill dude
deserve more ppl on here and definitely a bigger audience. i live 40 from york and i’ll tell you now, worse part of the state to come to tbh, this whole side of PA is not a good place for anything
This is all a planned bit, which I love, because the audience gets involved and thinks its improve or off the cuff. You can also do a callback on this later in the routine. Just randomly shift towards the lady and yell RHETORICAL QUESTION!
Keep going to open-mics.....you'll learn to be funny enough to keep people from interrupting you. Flappers Comedy Club has Comedy school I'd strongly suggest.
Some people don't understand stand-up comedy. Some think it's part of the game being a piece of shit heckler. Comedians don't want hecklers. Your not providing a service. You are being an ignorant piece of crap. And also some hecklers need to do it to feel power.
You didn’t even ask a question and she was still responding! That is definitely too much. I gotta say though there are comics out there who do actually want some kind of response. I saw Arsenio a couple years ago and he wanted interaction to fuel the set. Then I saw a local comic recently who set things up very much the same way as Arsenio, like “So who here has seen” whatever, AND he looked around at everybody and waited several seconds silently.... and got irritated at the word ‘yeah’, which I mean, he just wasn’t making it sound rhetorical to those of us who have seen comics who intentionally interact with the crowd like Todd Glass. Also he wasn’t nearly as funny as you.
Funny how comedians tell everybody not to get upset or offended but it seems they often do the same. Like one booh or a u suck comment can ruin an entire performance, this guy's getting upset some lady said yes come on.....
1:29 lame comedian. all hecklers are jerks but as a comedian, it's part of the profession. try to be more creative when dealing with hecklers than covering up your nervousness about forgetting your script by doing the whole "shock" yelling, over-reacting bit.
@@michaelsalbanese this asshat who made the original post doesn't speak for me. I thought that bit was great and I wouldn't have even clicked on it if it wasn't for the title so I call that a success.

oh wow one hour ago
"This is not me being mad
*yet* "
The delivery of that line was on point
I hardly call that snapping.. But handled well. I don't think some people understand how that can throw a set off.
Ahh, they would have to think about somebody besides themselves, they struggle with that in general. I can't stand hecklers/attention whores tbbh.

@@roneystapes fair comment
Honestly he could’ve kept going with the whole rhetorical question bit. That could’ve been a full set
Well controlled, impressed tbh

It would have been hilarious if on his last “where was I?” someone whispered loudly, “toilet paper.” 😂
This was really funny I laughed a lot! You're a really good comedian and I hope you make it big man! Subbed and liked :)
Hey thanks! Just posted a new vid of a longer set messing with the crowd a bit :)
I can immediately tell that you are going to go far. Hilarious mate, love it!
“Mom can we have Seth Rogen”?
“No we have Seth Rogen at Home”

Awesome how you held it down and still got your point across in a friendly and entertaining way. Man was born with a mic in his hand 🤘🤘
IMO the audience response to his snap gave him the option to continue with it as a joke. good crowd.
When I’m high I speak my thoughts out loud......now I just smoke at home
The side eye just to make sure was a great ending LMAO
Well handled. It could’ve turned into something ugly.
Seth Rogen and Danny Masterson's love child..
these are the people that are terrorized with psychosis, every thought is an insult they have to respond to
Did you *really* know where you were though? Haha. Good stuff.
do I ever though?

You handled that like a pro. Love how you turned it into content that everyone loved
That's too good. Great example how to handle a crowd.
Nicely done. Congrats.
Representing my home town fantastically
Just seemed like he had good control over the audience
Laughed out loud by myself...absolutely brilliant.

FANTASTIC...Beautifully handled xxx

my guy, we don't plan these. I know it's fun to think we do, but we don't.
that was well handled, didn't seem forced!
How this doesn't have more views is ridiculous
Carrot Top has a similar video. It’s titled, “Ginger snaps on audience”
You're from York? Shoutout from Middletown 🙌
It’s lame when the actual comedian post this kind of “spontaneous Audience” upload.
are you unsure if it's "spontaneous" or an "audience"?

Seems more Tony Clifton and Shapiroesk to me. Either Somebody's done there research or watched Man on the moon.
Completely threw him off course and from there he just sobered up.
Yea… sober!
good way to make the girl he picked on not feel out of place. idk if that was strategic or not but well done
