The Capitol building is so beautiful when it's not crawling with Traitors!
😂😂😂😂🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉
Patriots defend their Capitol. Republicans attack their Capitol.
It's literally full of them every day of the week are you stupid or just blind or both or???
Also Michael Moore...he was calling B.S. for weeks before the election
Yes. I heard him say he thought women were fed up and they would vote BLUE after the Supreme Court Justices lied to get on the Court and then stuck ot to half the citizens of this country. All those men saying "a woman scorned..." BS. A woman wronged by men who will never be able to bear a child and who cavalierly made a decision that would never affect them physically had better think twice about denying any more rights of their fellow citizens. This was the price for their for forcing their beliefs upon others. They emerge the principal cause for the lack of a red wave, which also was an affirmation of democracy over fascism.
Especially in Michigan, which turned out completely blue.

There's a guy in my very small rural community who has a tall flagpole in front of his house. Since the 2020 election, he has flown various flags, such as the trump one seen everywhere on the 6th at the Capitol. Of course he has a "Feck Biden" flag, the Gadsden flag, and a weird one similar to Gadsden except it has the rattlesnake coiled around an AR and some verbiage I can't read. Not sure how a rattlesnake could aim and pull a trigger on a rifle, but I guess he enjoys his fantasies!
I only drive down the mountain 4 times a month to buy supplies and two days ago I passed his house, wondering which flag he would be flying.
His flagpole was empty... just like his brain.

You should use your mind and trust your gut and not follow fearmongering, hope-peddling pollsters. Fear is bad council, hope is useless, and the pollsters are all about engagement with the media they represent (commercial interest) and/or pushing a narrative (commercial interest, in the end, as well). You have your agency, apply it. Don't let others dictate how you should think or feel.
It should be pointed out that Michael Moore had been saying this for weeks.
I'm out of reproduction rights personally affecting me, but it still felt so personal. I voted like my life was on the line. 99% of women may never have to make that choice, but don't try to tell us we can't be trusted to do the right thing. It's not one's business, especially the governments.
Thank Pence and Lindsay Graham BRAGGING about national abortion bans when everyone else said it would go back to the states. Texas women have been traveling to New Mexico for support.
It won't affect me either but I have 4 daughters. I'm an Independent. Never was I going to vote Republicans in!!!
Walking through my suburban Atlanta neighborhood, I never thought the polls were right. Way too many people felt the need to express their support for women's rights, racial equality, and sensible fiscal policies (e.g. Medicare for GA, Eat the Rich, etc.) I'll be back to vote for Warnock, along with two carloads of young people who turned 18 after 11/8/2022. The folks who voted Walker in hopes of a Senate majority won't. End result: Blue GA Senators until at least 2026.
I may be wrong, but I think if they weren't registered to vote before 11/8, that they will not be eligible to vote on December 6. Check with your local officials. Even if they can't vote, they can help GOTV.
The thing about Republicans is they always vote, so, please, don't think that they won't be back to vote for Walker on December 6th.
I hope all the young people who just turned 18 are able to vote on the 6th. 👍🙏
Yesssss!!!!
Lawrence O'Donnell, you are one of the select voices on mainstream media that I take to heart. Please don't retire anytime soon.
Beau of th 5th column was right on this as well with talking about the influence of unlikely voters weeks ago.

as much as I love Beau I didn't really believe him. I thought all these big broadcast media must know something because they have all those people working for them! Cant believe how wrong they were again. Frank Luntz seemed like he was gonna cry on CNN last night.
Beau is spot on most of the time, and you can count on him to admit if he is wrong (which isn't very often).
Nate Silver and the 538 guys were the ones who said that Rosenberg was sniffing on "Hopium" for saying that there will be no red wave. They were actually laughing at him in their podcast.
Idiots, as proven. Also no surprise that Chris Cizilla and Jake Tapper were buying the right wing narrative.

Why does Nate Silver have any credibility, even before this?
Haven’t listened to Nate Silver since 2016. He has blown every call.
Why does Nate Silver have a bad track record?
I been calling this since the dobbs opinion leaked.. i kept trying to tell right wingers they were gonna pay for that at the ballot box.. it then happened.
I kept wondering, how are the "pundits" ignoring the surge in women's registrations?
@@daphnewilson7966 yeah no joke.. i told them that the roe support vote would wipe them tf out.. but that's what happens when they don't listen..
I kept hearing the term Roevember. It happened.
Yeah, I would always say to them, do you really think people care more about the price of cornflakes than constitutional rights? I'm sure you can guess their answer...
It helps, but in the cold light of day it seems that until either the filibuster is eliminated entirely or Democrats win such a blowout that they get House control and a 60+ majority in the Senate (in reality, with Manchin and Sinema it'd need to be 62), we're not going to see a great deal of movement against the Dobbs decision. There's only so much Dems can do via reconciliation even if by some miracle they keep the House this cycle, and I just don't see any Republicans further alienating their easily baffled and angered base they so desperately cling to. On the state level it's definitely helped, but we're still going to have deep red states telling 10 year old girls they have to bear their abusive stepfather's child because "God's will".
When the media kept saying the polls were going up and down before the election I was like... people don't change their minds that often about elections.
Um….you do realize that they don’t just poll the same people over and over…..right……?
Good point. But I am skeptical about "the people don't change their minds that often" claim. I'm not sure that the polls were as wrong as the INTERPRETATIONS of the polls. Politicians in the middle are going to get caught in the crossfire in the polling, satisfying neither the left nor the right.
@Censored Opinions have you ever been polled before? I've never been polled before. Do they still do it by phone or what? Because if they're calling people how are they ever getting any body under the age of 40 to answer their polling questions. Maybe they've updated their methods. Maybe they email and text nowadays but I'm not so sure they do. How do they ever get an actual accurate sample. It seems like it would just be a bunch of old people.
@@PeacefulPariah stow that noise. I'm 54 and have never been polled. haven't had a landline in almost two decades. it's the folks older than gen x that do and still watch the evening news lol

You're delusional. Republicans don't care about the veterans, don't care about the working people, don't care about the seniors, don't care about you, or anything or anyone, for that matter. They only want to give tax breaks to the rich, their ONLY constituents.
I was expecting Michael Moore. He saw through it.
Also Ari was one the few if not the only host to have Michael Moore on ,and he predicted quite accurately that there'd be no red wave. And to be honest most people in the real world knew it was an exaggeration.
Paraphrasing Beau of the Fifth Column: The results of the 2022 election will depend not on how "likely voters" (those that are polled) vote. The results depend on if UNLIKELY voters participate and choose. He was right.

Michael Moore did well as well.
In addition to Simon Rosenberg, Michael Moore and the folks at MeidasTouch where also saying the prevailing claims of a Red Wave were wrong. Because of that, I wasn't as worried about this election as I might have been.
I have been wondering if the shift of land lines to mobile phones over the last couple of decades hasn't made polls less reliable. I know that I don't answer calls from any phone number that I don't recognize.
Why are Republicans so original and innovative with pundits and insults but when you ask them about decent policies they walk away. They talk the big game, they have the guns yet they live in constant fear and pronounce it to the world how scared they are. What does the Republican stand for if not weakness and isolation?

I stopped listening to the polls. And after noting the polling , the smart ones added " GO VOTE " . We DID !
That CNN guy (Not Tapper, the other one) is always wrong. Why they still have him is mind- blowing
Polls are very tricky. I read this one thing about them, which was eye-opening.
During the 2016 primary, Hillary was up against Bernie. So one group did an experiment by putting out two polls:
In one, they basically asked who the person would support, and in that one Hillary came out ahead, regardless of whether the respondent was a man or a woman.
In the second poll, if the respondent was a man, they first asked if they were married and if their wife worked. If she did, they asked who made more money. In this poll, men favored Bernie! The argument was that in cases where the wife made more money than the man, he took out his resentment (if he had any) on Hillary.
So the makeup of the poll, i.e., the questions, and how they are asked have a big effect on the outcome.
Up til this election, I never got into politics. But after the abortion ban here in Ohio, with the case of the little 10 year old " VICTIM ", and too, Social Security and Medicare. Because of that, I've become obsessed with it. Crying many tears in fear of the future. I, myself, won't ever need an abortion, but I have a daughter and granddaughters!! And as for Social Security and Medicare, so many would suffer an early grave without the help of those services. Including myself!! I've had multiple illnesses from cancer (remission, Thank God) and now I'm fighting with kidney failure. So yes, I've cried many many tears over this election. Scared half crazy over it!! But Thank God, now I am crying happy tears!! AND I WANT TO THANK ALL OF THE VOTERS ,WHO VOTED FOR OUR FREEDOMS , OUR DEMOCRACY AND OUR RIGHTS AS AMERICAN CITIZENS!! THANK YOU!! AND MAY GOD BLESS EACH AND EVERY ONE OF YOU!! 🙏🏼❤
The GOP is poised to become irrelevant politically. Polls show a widespread and deepening divide between the GOP and what most people feel about women's rights, gun control. and voter rights, These three weighty issues are front and center in the minds of most americans. The GOP is ignoring this growing chasm at its peril.
