    Wow this is a nice tip. .that looks fresh.
    after wash and try the same way I keep them in freezer in a plastic container it remain fresh and crisp. .

    Can store Pudhina too in the same way.
    For storing lime, wrap each one in a small piece of newspaper and keep it in ziplock cover in fridge.

    For coriander leaves, we can take a box n place a kitchen towel in it. Then keep the coriander leaves in it. Put a kitchen towel on top again. And close the box. My coriander leaves lasts for 1 month easily. Same I do with green chillies, I remove the back portion and store them in the same way. They last around 2 months fresh. Thank u 💓 💗

    Hi Nisa,
    Thanks for the curry leaves tip.
    I wrapped coriander and parsley leaves in damp paper towel. I then put them in a sealed ziplock bag, it's been a month now, and they are still fresh.
    Will try the curry leaves and let you know.

    Wow! Thanks a lot.
    I cut the roots of the coriander. Then wrap them in a news paper. Keep the coriander in a zip lock cover .It stays for 20 days fresh.,in the fridge Please do try.

      Newspapers are printed with cheap and non-fast colors, so I'd caution against using it for food since the ink and other chemicals used to bleach the paper can transfer and get absorbed by porous foods

      +Ayngaree Raj I have tried mint leaves (still trying) but it does not stay good for more than 2-3 days and finally I started growing them on my balcony. You can see them on my green chutney recipe. Thanks a lot, dear! for being here ❤

      I roast and grind and keep it in fridge and put in curry veggie and no one will throw the leaves instead it will go in our tummy cos it's powdered 😂

    I wash and dry the curry leaves thoroughly. Store in a Tupperware container with a kitchen napkin in the bottom and top of the box. Stays fresh for a minimum of 20 days

      +Aparna Datt I have no idea! I get organic curry leaves from the tree itself. I do not buy them from the market. I simply rinse and wash and then do as shown in the video. Sorry, I cant help you on this. Thanks for being here :)

      Curry leaves turn black if u leave it in water for more time. Just rinse in water and take off ASAP. Pat dry and do dry as she did in video.
