- Hi Guys, today I'm going to make Zucchini Parmesan Crisps. You will need very few ingredients to make this crispy snack or side dish. It's probably the best way to prepare zucchini so even the pickiest eater will gobble it up. Enjoy!

Hell ya. I always do a similar coating with my chicken but I've never even thought of applying it to the fabled zucchini. Inspiring stuff. Thank you! :)

Hi. Is that a baking sheet?
Yes, it is: amzn.to/3HbDe1Y
Ok the problem is I dont have a speaker on my computer so I have no idea what the crumbs are but I would like to use a non carb would cauli crumbs work?
I used panko breadcrumbs. I’m not sure if cauliflower crumbs get crispy in the oven 😁
"A "couple" of tablespoons" is more like it. Sheesh, that was a lot of oil!
Well, she used (3) fat zucchini's; you need oil so that the coating can stick, plus it's olive oil which is excellent for your heart... Deep frying! Now, that is too much oil!
I made these and am pretty upset they aren't even crunchy they are more soggy.....idk what I am doing wrong!!!! HELP Lol UGH
carly g you should dip them in an egg wash, then coat them in flour and then fry them in the skillet
At 450 with that olive and you are still soggy and not crispy then something is wrong with you or your oven....Keep in mind olive oil has a boiling point higher than vegetable oil...so if are using VO...u will not get the same crispiness...VO will be soggy after 18 minutes.
I had the same issue and nothing is wrong with my oven as I use it often. I'll do an egg wash in the next try
Cut them into thinner slices , lots of water inside them
@@jasondouglas152 yes or you can use salt to draw out some water before coating them. blot the water with paper towl
Taking soooo long!
