I'm no doctor, but since you shared a razor with somebody, you should probably get an HIV test as soon as possible.
If you test negative, wait and get a retest within a few weeks to eliminate the dangerous window period between a negative HIV test and a positive HIV test.
If you test positive, get a retest to confirm and then start treatment as soon as possible.
