Thanks for the suggestion. The strongest or the newest one I heard is watch something close to what you are writing. For example if writing about Ninjas take a break and watch Naruto or Ninja Assassin.
Afew years ago it was definitely a discipline problem for me, if something began to feel like work i wouldn't do it until i felt "inspired" again, i managed to gain more discipline by working on a not so great Spider-Man fan comic after i completed the storyboards of my graphic novel, i spent 2 years forcing myself to get 20 page storyboards and final drafts out semi monthly, it worked, and i can now stick to a schedule (still quite slow) but am far more consistent ...at the expense of that fan comic ruining my physical health because i was so determined to just work that i neglected myself 😅 (dont copy that part kids)
