Why are pakistanis wasting time on kashmir, it has been indian part since 1000,s of years, we will never give that up, you guys only have to save the kashmir you are controlling which we will take in the future.
It's so dumbfounded of you that after listening an hour of podcast pertaining to International law you're making your argument on basis of historical claims. If historical claims become the basis of annexing a territory, then there will be a series of war in whole world.

The guy quite skillfully avoids speaking about Indian Independence act, 1947, the formal legal basis of instruments of accession. He also forgets to mention the principal provision mentioned in UN security council resolution. For plebiscite to happen Pakistan must first withdraw its forces from the territory of princely state of Jammu & Kashmir, which it never did. The lawyer also forgets to mention that the UN resolution was not mandatory on either party. If Pakistan keeps producing such lawyers then it only shows the overall nature of mediocrity in its education system.

what a stupid lawyer he conveniently forgot that UN resolution step 1. Which pakistan never followed. And the plebiscite will be held in whole of Jammu and kashmir including Gilgit baltistan. And when it it is a disputed territory who allowed them to cede shasgam valley to China and BRI Through Gilgit Baltistan. You Violated the UN resolution so forget UN resolution.
