You are an inspiration. I am so impressed with your basement storage, and then you take us outside to see that beautiful patio and yard. Additionally, you are making tons of sales and giving us great videos twice a week. Hats off to you. 🤠👒
So nice of you to take the time and chat with Ray about his pottery. I am sure you made his day!. I literally laughed out loud when Roger started running to that sale, such a great sense of humor.
Karen, thank you for making us all feel like friends. You and Roger are an amazing team, and it is such a pleasure to be a part of your adventures, and “all the craziness”! ❤️❤️❤️
I loved seeing how you pull your merchandise for shipping. Very interesting!! Laying here recuperating from knee surgery, your voice is very soothing😊.
Hi Karen, I had to laugh at your thumbnail and caption with Roger running to the next yard sale, lol!.....it's very cute and funny!!....terrific video, as always, too!!
I love buying from your ebay store because you take such oggd care to photograph and describe things t a T. never any worries! No judgement on the garden! takes time!
Me and my Mom love your content. My Mom is disabled and she can't go thrifting w/me anymore so when she watches your content, it's like when we would go thrifting together. Ty 💖💖💖
You two remind me of my husband and me. We've been married for 42 years. I would think you two have also been married for years. Great finds. Love your booth also.
Karen, I watch/listen to so many of your videos while I work my "real job". I love your honesty. your kindness and your humor. I've learned so much from you. When I'm out thrifting I say to myself "Do we love a good (blank)? Yes we DO!!" And ask, what would Karen do? So thank you, thank you, thank you. You're a friend, even though you don't know me : )
Enjoy all your videos and your garden is very pretty. When its blooming give a look. I admire how you manage your time and still make time for some r&r.
Hi Karen, as a new reseller I love these videos of you showing your organization, what is purchased and the amount. Gives me direction. Can you create a video with how much you spend a year and then your take home amount. Thank you for being my Reseller Professor!
Yes! Peonies need the ants to open up! I also have peonies, thought they were being attacked until i did the research. Love your videos ❤ its like visiting with a friend, very warm.
I don’t package clothes ahead of shipping. After listing, they are stored in large IKEA bags according to type and size. Once sold, I have the chance to press or steam them again which means a second inspection. I use tissue paper, clear bag, and whatever box or shipping bag is appropriate. While it is a lot of work, it gives added assurance that I’m double checking.
I guess it just depends on personal preference, whether you list and inspect again before putting in a clear bag or do it when it's sold, the item is still inspected more than once just in case something is missed. Also if it's in a clear bag sealed there won't be any dust or something that can get on the item so it gives it an added protection that way as well. I sell 90% clothing and put items in the clear bags, with a Thank You sticker on them and when I sell, I just put them in a polybag or box depending what it is and how big it is. I do the same thing for shoes and purses.
I really enjoy your videos. I never would have thought to pick up wallpaper from the 80's/90's until you mentioned it awhile ago. I recently found 5 sealed rolls for about $3 each and they sold after about a month for $125. I am retired and resell as a side hobby, not really for the money, although a little extra spending cash never hurts.
So fun meeting interesting people at garage sales like Ray the pottery maker, lovely. Having garage sales is a lot of work! I just can’t do it anymore so simply donate. I continue to be fascinated by the eclectic items you buy. Obviously it’s a successful approach for you. Many resellers seem to specialize in a single product or type of items. It’s not as much fun watching them. You definitely have an eye for quality and interesting design.
yay springtime ! back yard looks beautiful ,cant believe its been 4 years since the fence went in. im on vacation at the beach . had to watch to get inspired to go thrift today cuz i do need summer inventory. ive liked not working the past 4 days a little too much.
I look forward to your videos, have watched you for quite awhile and enjoy you both so much. Have you ever made a video of how you pack and ship your items especially the breakables, I would like to that. Thank You.
I love playing Where’s Waldo (the sold items) in your basement. I was literally pointing at the Mexican bowl when you were looking for it 😆 great job 👏🏻
Hi Karen, I look forward to watching your channel on Sundays. You make it both so enjoyable and relaxing. Also thanks for sharing your home; the yard is large enough to be enjoying a family size pool. And Roger, less grass to mow .❤❤
Yes, thistle is crowding out my garden. Its so awful. Also, ants are attracted to the nectar but keep other pests from destroying your peonies. I just saw it on a show.
Hi Karen The York wallcovering marked "contract" means it's a commercial grade product. Wallcoverings, furnishings, fabrics, etc. referred to as contract means they are qualified as products suitable for commercial applications, therefore typically more durable than residential products. Thanks for another fun video!
I so enjoyed you talking to Ray about his pottery. I collect David Enna pottery (he was a local artist out of Rhododendron, OR), but I love all pottery & love to learn about different artists. Thank you for sharing, as always. 😊
I’m bringing my mom up to Lancaster on a 2 day thrifting trip this Thursday and Friday. I hope we run into you!! My mom saw Roger last year and said,”hey where is she?” 🤣 Another great video.
How fun was garage saling that day? Terrific buys and so much fun! The pottery by Ray is lovely. Love Candice Olson and wish she were still selling her designs. Hugs, Karen and Roger!
Fun video, loved the yard sale part. Super cool you found those boxes of NWT jammies and sweaters. Also just a little FYI, crafters buy wallpaper too. They use it for all sorts of paper crafts and the older the better. Enjoy your beautiful backyard, you both work very hard. Hugs * L
Karen... love you and Roger. Your videos are my fav. For quite a while something has been on my mind as a decorator. The three plaques that you have in your filming room would look a look prettier and more special if you removed the single one.
Our whole family sold our home on Long Island and moved to BELIZE after our daughter went on a missions trip there. WHAT CHURCH ON LONG ISLAND DID YOU ATTEND. It was my husband , myself, our married daughter and her husband, our 19 yr old daughter and our 11 yr old son. We stayed for 5 yrs until my husband was diagnosed with cancer. We settled in TX so he could recieve treatments. After he went on to be with the Lord we sold our Belize home and stayed in TX. Two of my grandchildren were born in Belize!
So glad you grabbed that cassette tape holder Karen. I hear cassettes are a great niche to get into if you do your homework. A friend just sold a cassette that Tupac Shakur did before his death and (he found it in a thrift store) sold the thing for almost 1400.00. I was shocked.
Hey Karen, great yard sales! I am interested in the fact that you didn't dig through every box to see what all was in there. Is that how your normally do yard sales? Can you tell by just looking without digging that you are not interested in what's in the box? I am a new reseller and I am always trying to learn and I found how you handled these yards sales very interesting. Thank You for your channel, it is great for a newbie trying to learn.
Ray’s pottery was absolutely gorgeous. I love pottery like that also and especially when you meet the artist who made it.
You nailed it Especially!!! when you meet the artist and he was such a sweet man.
You are an inspiration. I am so impressed with your basement storage, and then you take us outside to see that beautiful patio and yard. Additionally, you are making tons of sales and giving us great videos twice a week. Hats off to you. 🤠👒
She’s highly productive! Amazing.
I literally feel so lazy when I watch Karen ... she's amazing
Thank you so much! I appreciate your kindness and support 😁💜💜💜
So nice of you to take the time and chat with Ray about his pottery. I am sure you made his day!. I literally laughed out loud when Roger started running to that sale, such a great sense of humor.
Do we love a 50min. Long Karen and Roger video, yes we do! You two are perfect for each other.
Karen, thank you for making us all feel like friends. You and Roger are an amazing team, and it is such a pleasure to be a part of your adventures, and “all the craziness”! ❤️❤️❤️
We DO feel like you are friends!! 💜💜💜😁
Thank you for supporting local artists❤👍 My goodness, this was a joy to watch.
I loved seeing you and Roger race toward the next yard sale. What a fun vibe we get from your videos. You guys are doing an amazing job!!!
It's the cutest to watch them.
You two are becoming the most fun to watch. Your love for one another keeps growing
I love him madly 😁
I went to a neighbors garage sale last Summer and he had his gorgeous pottery he had for sale. I got some large vases for only $5 a piece.
Basement videos are my favorites.
Mine too. When I grow up, I want to be as organized as Karen is!!!
I loved seeing how you pull your merchandise for shipping. Very interesting!! Laying here recuperating from knee surgery, your voice is very soothing😊.

Oh thank you so very much!! Tell your mom I am sending my love 😁💜
Your lovely outdoor area is perfection! (Tip: spray silicone lubricant in the door track of the sliding door and it will really improve the movement.)
Karen that shell "I'm the normal sister" sold fast. Great video.
I knew it would, just a great piece.
It was a hoot.
Yes, I remember when fencing was being builded 👏 your patio looks awesome, private, and cozy❤
You two remind me of my husband and me. We've been married for 42 years. I would think you two have also been married for years. Great finds. Love your booth also.
Watching u two on a mission fast paced n running to each home had me laughing....and i have to say I luv Ray stuff... So great

You guys made out well at these tag sales Karen! Worthwhile trip. 😊
Y'all are just the sweetest couple! ❤ Brings me joy to see how happy yall are. Plus love going on adventures while watching. 😊
Enjoy all your videos and your garden is very pretty. When its blooming give a look. I admire how you manage your time and still make time for some r&r.
Alphabetical order! You are a woman after my heart. I was a librarian for 33 years.
Thistles are the worst! Thank you for the garden view. Your videos are the highlight of my day : )
Fun video, Karen, thanks for sharing!
Ray had some nice pottery pieces that he made, along with some good prices. He is very talented.
Girl You Rock! Karen, The things you do and get done everyday amazes me. I swear you live in a 48 hour a day world.
Love watching your videos.

GA Karen. Your children are a product of you. You taught them well from the beginning. Best to you and Roger and your children. .
Your backyard, gardens, and seating area are very attractive. You had a good eye laying it all out. Thank you for sharing. Laurie
Your patio and back yard look lovely. Yes we get that dreaded thistle here in Ohio...it takes over. We have been doing landscaping in our yard.
Love the thumbnail!
Your merchandise is so high-end and you have such an eye for vintage and decor that is so lovely. I just love your style❤😊
I appreciate your dedication to quality items at reasonable prices.
The pottery is just beautiful! Thanks for sharing your day with us.
No ants, no blooms on peony. 😊
truth
Is that why my peonies get COVERED in ants?!
Yes! Peonies need the ants to open up! I also have peonies, thought they were being attacked until i did the research. Love your videos ❤ its like visiting with a friend, very warm.

It’s interesting to read what other resellers do! I live watching videos for that reason and to get ideas! Thanks for sharing !
May I just say I absolutely adore you and your hubbys videos!❤️
Thank you for a wonderful video
I love seeing all your process of but I and selling. Roger is such a great partner for you
Share the love of pottery with you...the only mugs I pick up now...and it's so hard for me to sell a lovely piece..(sometimes..I just cannot!!)
Please post more yard sales- those are my favorite!

My basement is set up very similar to yours but I need to tell my husband to remove his train table because I need the room.
I LOVE Downton Abbey and I have that bell ornament.

Obey is an expensive street brand and a bolo! Great video!

A few different over the years 💜

Another reseller found a Tupac holey t-shirt at a yard sale for $2 & sold it for $350.00 he knew he could get more but wanted a quick flip.

I usually use my intuition and im sure that I probably might miss a few things but time is ticking on getting to the good stuff first 😂
