I was thinking the other day about your nature reserve and the fence situation, with it being so wet. Have you thought of taking cuttings from willows, I think this might be the perfect time and putting the cuttings along your boundary to created a willow living hedge. There are quite a few videos on YT that show you how. Happy New Year 💫✨🙋♀️

Hello Mark a very Happy New Year to you when it comes. I can't believe you doing same as me I pulled all the silicone off my window in the bedroom as it was starting to get mouldy looking. I been to BQ and bought new stuff and a gun to put it on. I really appreciate it you making vlogs for us and I know the amount of work you putting in to get it done but it gives us so much pleasure and it brings so much joy to a rather mundane day at times. So please keep making them for us. I understand the anxiety you feel at times please know you are not alone.
I have a friend who runs a cat rescue and she got so overwhelmed by animal cruelty /neglect that she had a nervous breakdown. She now involves a lot more willing people and has come to the conclusion that it is not a thing you ever do by yourself. You need a support group of like minded people just to remind you that there are more good kind people out there than there are bad. Happy New Year Marc. I'm looking forward to more vids.

Happying New Year Mark. I understand the anxiety. I travel alone a lot and have experience it much. I use mindfulness now, a book called 30 Days to Reduce Anxiety by Harper Daniels has helped me, and just reading a lot of philosophy on my kindle.

The mention of the utube about digging holes reminded me of a song by Bernard Cribbins, digging a hole, anyway I can't the song out of my head now but it makes me laugh. He had a brilliant sense of comedy. I follow Jodie Marsh as well, the Moon family in France look after old high performance horses which is lovely. Thank goodness for these people. I hope you can get a night camera for your nature reserve it could be interesting. Fingers crossed for a great 2024 and don't beat yourself up too much, youve done a big thing going to a different speaking country and starting again.

I watch UA-cam all the time myself I gave up cable and TV along time ago and I’ve noticed the same thing that people are much more stressed. I think it’s because the income stream is not what it used to be because UA-cam is playing games! I’ve also noticed that many of the channels that I used to watch and I mean there were lots that I have in my list of channels I follow, have totally, and completely disappeared off of UA-cam I mean completely gone!
France, England, Scotland, Ireland, Switzerland, then, Netherlands, Sweden, Norway, Spain, and Portugal, and Germany are all going to go through some severe challenges, the governments of those countries are trying to shut down food production in order to starve the population. This will be stopped but right now it looks pretty dire. These governments are also trying to cut off energy to the people that’s why free energy will be implemented! Many of the governments of these countries will be or have already been arrested, and are being tried for treason and crimes against humanity! so Europe is going to be going through some rough times! Also, a lot of the major flooding that is happening is happening to flood the underground titles that were used for child trafficking, and other nefarious criminal activities! Also, there was cloning going on in these tunnels, and they were cloning monsters! We in the United States, are starting to see some of this, as trail cams are picking up some of these entities that are being caught on videos they have escaped some of the flooding and some of the explosions that were used to try and destroy these tunnels so we are starting to see these monsters creatures come above ground and be caught on film! It’s not pretty! So you do need to hunker down and you need to plan by having some extra bottled water and some foods supplies try and purchase at least 30 days supply maybe some canned goods and some powdered goods, and get stove, top of some type or grill so that you will be able to cook some food if necessary! As it gets colder, you might be able to use your outdoor shed to store some food so you might get some heavy duty plastic containers to keep the animals out if you have to move things from your refrigerator outside to keep it cold, if we lose electric power Well, they transfer the power to the Tesla power grid!
So many people on UA-cam are totally unaware of what’s coming and I want to warn people they think I’m crazy, but just the other day Stephanie’s videos for the Château she was headed from France to England, and one of the tunnels was flooded. Fortunately, one of them was available, so she was able to get through! But I wanted to warn her this is going to get worse they’re going to shut down all the transportation between the nations as they do some final arrest of some very bad people they don’t want them to escape so they’re gonna shut down airports and transportation access to keep them from leaving the various different countries! So plan for that hopefully you don’t need to go anywhere by myself and hunker down and don’t need to travel other than just locally and I can walk to the grocery store if I need to or the drugstoreso I’m in good shape

So ... how is Dave the Psycho now? He'd've been shipped off to the glue factory if he'd bitten me!
I started having anxiety attacks, and I mean really bad anxiety attacks when I lost my dog that I called Charlie Brown this had never happened to me before! Now the years proceeding this, I was taking care of my mother, and she had passed the previous year before my dog died! as I was having this horrific attack, I thought about I had that had similar issues and her husband put her in asylum! My mom had to go to court to get her out! So I was thinking attack, physical chemical or something wrong with my body or is it mental or something wrong with my thinking? As I thought about the thoughts that I’ve been having the previous days and weeks I realize there was nothing unusual there. I was pretty positive thinker so I thought maybe it’s physical so I researched panic attack and what caused them two causes chemical and mental or which is what I have previously realized. so since I realized it wasn’t thinking, I looked up what causes and attacks physically or chemically and low and behold there it was totally completely obvious, and the solution was critically important to our bodies because it was used in the process of all of our organs to keep them healthy! Panic attacks can be caused by severe lack of magnesium! Magnesium is depleted when we go through stress and the higher, the stress, the more quickly magnesium is depleted from our bodies, and we certainly do not get enough magnesium and what we eat! And you with your limitations on your diet I’m sure this is the truth so I ordered something called CALM from Amazon! A large glass every morning and I sip it throughout the day! Anyway, within 12 hours of the first dose, I took my anxiety, started subsiding! I was shocked over the next couple of days. It totally completely disappeared, and has never returned! The more research I did on magnesium, the more I realized it is critical in our health. There is a book written by a doctor, called the magic of magnesium, she experienced severe loss of magnesium in her youth, and was incredibly ill, once she found the solution, she did more research on it, and has written a wonderful book on it! So for sure if I were you because of your diet issues, I would try taking magnesium there are some pills that you can get, but I found the one I got from Amazon is in a powder form that you mix in water and it’s so much easier to sip it throughout the day! It also helps a great deal with your sleeping patterns!
Living alone by itself, is stressful, I know because I choose to live alone because I much preferred to having people come in and out of my house! I love being alone, so I really enjoyed your videos it saddens me all of the stress that you were dealing with and the money issues. I certainly understand that. Been there done that! There is some really good news coming I keep hoping it’s gonna be this month it so far it hasn’t officially been announced but it will be before the end of 2024. I’m hoping within the next couple of months, this news is worldwide it concerns your finances will greatly improved as thievery that has been occurring will be stopped. Prices will go down dramatically, money will flow to you from new sources. Every citizen of the planet will receive. These funds were stolen from us over the years, taxes will be removed, we will have free energy and free energy and free water!
One of the first things Trump did in his original presidency was he sent over 700 of the largest planes in the world to collect gold that was stolen from the United States from the Vatican! Other nations who had money stolen also sent transportation to pick it up and restore it to their nations treasuries! in addition, Trump has some executive orders that can be executed worldwide that when the bad guys are arrested for treason, and or crimes against humanity, and this is individuals in every country because he has agreements with over 290 countries to execute this their assets, all of their assets will be seized. This is many corporations like Disney, Bill Gates is corporations even Oprah Winfrey assets will be seized! That will all be added to the funds that will be returned to the peoples. Many many corporations are involved in child trafficking and crimes against humanity! So the monies available to return to the peoples are astronomical they are in the quadrillions, hundreds of thousands of quadrillions! There are 290 countries at least there may be more now that have agreed to start returning stolen monies to citizens! Evidently there will be messages broadcast to your telephone telling you that emergencies have been declared in these countries, and the Internet will be shut down temporary there may be blackouts temporarily, so keep some extra canned foods available The Internet will go down because it’s being replaced by a new Internet that cannot be hacked. That will keep your information more secure, and will allow you to access the funds via your own phone instead of the banking system, which will be replaced with a new system. Also, the energy grids will go down because they are being replaced with new energy the Tesla energy which will not require the nuclear plants. They’re all being shut down. I have one within a mile with me across the river!
Lots of other changes will occur. The hospital will be closed as they operate currently and new technology which does not require pharmaceuticals will be implemented. This technology is called Med Beds, and it will heal the body completely 100% through sound frequencies! This technology has been withheld from most for years. I think you can even regrow your teeth! I’m gonna check that out because I am missing two! Also the educational systems on all levels will be replaced. There will be free education for all of humanity, and it will be so amazingly outstanding that we will all be much smarter. People will finally catch up with your thinking since you’re way ahead of those people
All current technology systems will be replaced. The media will also be replaced with media that tells the truth Banking systems will be replaced so basically what I’m saying is that you don’t need to be stressed you just need to be patient because some really awesome things are coming! I have been following all of these changes for many many years actually get started over 30 years ago when I used to sell technology equipment and I had security clearances! I listened and paid attention. Whenever I was in the presence of people that were planning for our future, and I started picking up on some information that most people would not have realized what was happening! I started my own tracking system to figure out what the heck was going on The culmination of all of this will occur in 2024. It has been tracking for many years reached a peak in 2023 but woke up in 2024!
