Chapter 2: Have added one more boss to this world and it pretty much works well. Maybe shorten the grinding in 2-3. Chapter 3: This chapter is really well balanced, but it does have some bizarre staging. I would rearrange 3-3, and 3-2. And add a small town area at the end of the Tile Pool. Chapter 7: yes the boss should be harder considering it is lucifer. Completely redo 7-3. Chapter 8: I would want to pull into the comparison aspect more, and focus on each characters skills harder. I would want to rearrange this entire chapter in a new manner, but feel like it is too vague to describe here. The final boss is exactly what it needs, but one small detail I wish happened is Luigi willingly siding with Dimentio.
@@An_Account1 You have to remember, this was an era where beating up on Luigi was the norm for Nintendo, having Luigi be tired of being pushed around and be able to make a world where he gets to be Player 1, wouldn't be too farfetched. Yeah I love this game and I would go as far to say as it's my favorite game ever, too bad so many people hate on it, but I feel like their complaints are just "it's too different"
Here's my ranking: 8. Chapter 7: Fuck this level. The dark rooms and that stupidly tall tower in the underwhere were torture to play through. Oh and you had to go through everything multiple times to grab random shit for these "old hags." And don't even get me started on the misery of Chapter 7-3 and it's damn fruits. The story in this chapter is okay, but there is absolutely zero build-up to the Bonechill fight. He's supposed to be the "Big Bad" of the Underwhere, yet we no nothing about the stakes until mere minutes before the boss. Luvbi was an annoying little brat throughout the entire time too. At least the atmosphere of the level and it's music were on point and there's a nice Bowser Battle. But otherwise, I despise this level. 7. Chapter 6: The storyline in this level was outstanding. Seeing a world fall apart right in front of your eyes is dark for a dang Mario game. It shows what's at stake: if you fail, the world's are doomed like this one. But the gameplay is super boring. The Sammer guy fights are a long drawn out slog and walking in an empty void of a World feels like the developers were just trying to add minutes to the amount of game time rather than make something fun and worthwhile. On the bright side, you fight Mr. L and Mimi, both of which are a blast, and unlock Luigi, who's awesome. These facts and the storyline are great, but the boring gameplay really holds it back. 6. Chapter 1: There's nothing I really dislike about this level, but there's also nothing that really stands out. It serves it's purpose for showing the player the basic controls of the gameplay and it establishes a solid beginning to the plot. The highlight is easily the O'Chunks boss fight. Though it is rather easy, the dialouge more than makes up for it. 5. Chapter 5: Let me just say, the music and scenery are outstanding in this level. The "war" between the Floro Sapiens and the Cragdons is immediately established at the beginning of the chapter and it's executed extremely well. King Croacus was an interesting boss fight, and getting to fight O'Chunks twice was super fun as well. What holds this level back in my opinion is the bullshit block puzzles of 5-1. I swear no matter how many times I write the codes down, I always have to resort to using an internet guide. I had no issues with the other puzzles though. Another downside was how annoying Flint Cragley was. His narcissism really pissed me off at times for some reason. 4. Chapter 8: You hit the nail on the head with your points about the story. The boss fights are a blast and the atmosphere of the stage is everything a final level should strive to be. My only issue is how excruciating the puzzles get on 8-3 and 8-4. There's a fine line between "difficult" and "bullshit" and this level definitely crosses that line. The maze at the end is enough to make you want to rip your hair out. Puzzles aside, the abundance of enemies is absurd. Again, I get wanting to make the level difficult, but jeez was it necessary to clog every staircase with Hammer Bros and every hallway with a shit ton of Skeletons? Other than that those glaring flaws, it's a really solid level. 3. Chapter 2: In terms of creativity, this is no doubt the best level in the whole game. I mean, who comes up with the idea of making the player go through labor in a MARIO GAME? And the game show that took place in the bathroom was freaking hysterical. The boss fight with Mimi at the end where she chases you throughout the mansion and eventually end up duking it out in the bathroom is also super fun, creative, and a bit of a challenge for an early boss. The only downsides are the forgettable 2-1 and 2-2 segments and the confusing puzzles you solve to pay your debt. Seriously, this shit is confusing for young kids. But those issues are minor in comparison to the amount of positives this quirky chapter has to offer. 2. Chapter 4: Unlike what many people say about this level, I enjoy playing it a ton. Exploring space is, ironically enough, a breath of fresh air compared to the rest of the levels in the game. The Whoa Zone is it's own wacky thing, and I love it. The music is amazing of course. The puzzles are tricky, but not to the point where you want to break your controller in anger. Squirps is an interesting character, and I love how the game leads you into believing that he is a villain up until the very end. Oh, and did I mention that this chapter is our introduction to Mr. L? So many positives, and my only complaint is it can sometimes be confusing trying to navigate through the wormholes. But yeah. Outstanding chapter in my opinion. 1. Chapter 3: This right here is the perfect chapter. A lot if the game's flaws cannot be applied this level. It's platforming design is not super hard, but enough to keep you on your toes, especially on the Tree level in 3-3. The puzzles aren't unnecessarily difficult, but they are enough to make you use your brain to an extent. The balance in difficulty makes the level extremely fun to play as it's not too difficult or too easy. It's nusic and atmosphere are amazing, and each segment is completely different from one another, keeping the gameplay from growing stale: 3-1 is a pixel grassland, 3-2 is an underwater stage, 3-3 has you scaling ti the top of a giant tree, and 3-4 tops it all of with the masterpiece that is Fort Francis. Speaking of Francis, the dude is absolutely HILARIOUS. He is the epitome of a nerd, and every line of dialouge that comes out of his mouth makes me laugh. A character like him is a nice change of pace from the serious tone of the game. The goal of the chapter is simple enough: Save Tippi from Francis and get the pure heart. It's simple, established from the start, and has zero unnecessary twists or random shifts in the overall objective. Oh, and did I mention that you fight FOUR bosses? Yeah, and they are all super fun and offer at least a slight semblance of challenge. 3-1 you fight Bowser (awesome), 3-2 you fight a Big Blooper (less awesome than the rest, but somewhat fun), 3-3 you fight Dimentio (amazing and a little difficult), 3-4 you fight Francis (super awesome and creative.) Overall the chapter is top notch and it's low points are nothing compared to some of the flaws in the other chapters.

i dont think i couuld make a full personal rating but for me chapter 4 is definitely near or at the bottom. it just felt... kinda boring. the end was nice yes but ultimately as someone who LOVES space so so much it felt. like a chore to go through and the storyline of it felt like. not connected to space at all (you go to a bathroom and a convenience store and then a maze. this could just as easily be a road trip to ikea) and tbh...... i dont wanna sound rude but squirps was just the tiniest bit annoying. like i would never say that to squirps of course im not cruel but it felt closer to babysitting your sisters kid on a road trip than an epic space adventure. complete with "im hungry" and "i have to go to the bathroom" and even though there wasn't an "are we there yet" i think at one point squirps does get on you for being "slow" or something which is nearly the same thing. 4-4 was pretty cool though.

To everyone saying it’s not the best Mario game: “It’s too easy”🥴 Okay, but you’re probably the crazy person playing Mario Kaizo or whatever. 🙄 Some of us need a more laid back game with great music, story, animation, etc. that we can actually beat. 😂😂😂 Sorry it’s not good enough for you! 😳Just let me be happy dang it! 😭 Also, the villains are more original and WAY more interesting than beating Bowser for the hundredth time.
Chapter 4 was very confusing for me and the end of Chapter 5-4 was also very confusing, but this is just my opinion you said you never played the game Edit: 5-4 does have amazing music tho
Super Paper Mario isn't the best game of all time. It's the best Paper Mario game, though, very well-made and a real masterpiece. Super Mario World is still the best game of all time, however.
I came for the content. Just to see the levels ranked. And its 3rd. If im adding 7 stars from snes then 4th. But i still love the game. Now continue lol
@@mimi73829 I feel like Chapter 2 was the most lazily written. But Super Paper Mario is am amazing game nonetheless, and it's the second best in the series imo
The battle system is fine. Where the game fails is it's platforming style of gameplay that makes you want to rip your hair out thanks to how difficult it is. ESPECIALLY the late chapters. Also you don't even get EXP in Sticker Star so there's no point in even battling lol.

“It’s too easy”🥴 Okay, but you’re probably the crazy person playing Mario Kaizo or whatever. 🙄 Some of us need a more laid back game with great music, story, animation, etc. that we can actually beat. 😂😂😂 Sorry it’s not good enough for you! 😳Just let me be happy dang it! 😭
Also, the villains are more original and WAY more interesting than beating Bowser for the hundredth time.
My ranking:
Chapter 4
Chapter 1
Chapter 2
Chapter 6
Chapter 3
Chapter 8
Chapter 7
Chapter 5
Chapter 4 was very confusing for me and the end of Chapter 5-4 was also very confusing, but this is just my opinion you said you never played the game
Edit: 5-4 does have amazing music tho
The editor didn’t play the game
@@GameDomain oh
Super Paper Mario isn't the best game of all time. It's the best Paper Mario game, though, very well-made and a real masterpiece. Super Mario World is still the best game of all time, however.
I came for the content. Just to see the levels ranked.
And its 3rd. If im adding 7 stars from snes then 4th. But i still love the game.
Now continue lol
Chapter 2 is last for me, and Chapter 5 is probably 3rd for me
Why don’t u enjoy labor? 🟩 😢
@@mimi73829 I feel like Chapter 2 was the most lazily written. Many people didn't know about the codes and just slaved away. 2-2 was boring, 2-3 was the worst level design in the game, 2-4 was a bit annoying but somewhat nice, and I didn't like 2-1's music. But Super Paper Mario is am amazing game nonetheless, and it's the second best in the series imo
@@Hyder_B nooo ur wrong
super paper mario chapters are so good they there own rankings
I do not remember playing chapter 5 ever! I remember every other pixel and chapter bar this one!!!! Wtf
Well, technically 101 people.
Before I watch the video
The 3rd chapter will be the best.
Bruh. Chapter 3 isn’t 1st? This is bogus man.
3-3 also confused me so so much
Awesome Video
Wait for it,everyone is going to comment soon
Told you.
I liked this game ❤️
Due to the repetition, samurai door is definitely my lowest ranking, despite the good soundtrack.
I do think this game is really good and super underrated, but I don’t think it’s the best game of all time...
This game is always too easy
If only there was a hard mode
And I’m not talking about challenges like no damage
We can’t all be super skilled gamers dude 😂😂😂. Let me win a few.😭😭😭
Third please enjoy labor 🟩
Second does anyone remember he saying not to say first and second
Does anyone remember being told to enjoy labor 🟩
@@mimi73829 ...
Super Paper Mario is the best Paper Mario. Origami king sucks
Origami king is funny tho
Origami King is much better then Sticker Star.
@@wariot707 Yes!
This games awesome but easy
Super Paper Mario isn’t that good objectively, the battle system is worse in spm than sticker star
@@Spark472 nvm
The battle system is fine. Where the game fails is it's platforming style of gameplay that makes you want to rip your hair out thanks to how difficult it is. ESPECIALLY the late chapters.
Also you don't even get EXP in Sticker Star so there's no point in even battling lol.
wut
Its a ranking of the chapters in super paper mario
