What software do you recommend for me to upscale the resolution, I have a Canon rebel t6 but I'm stuck at 720 p which is downscaled to 546p cause of eos web utility

I have tried the wireless verson and it does not work. I was able to paired my m50 m2 but could not get a picture.
This does not work with one wireless camera s want try others. Canon should not sell a wireless subscription to us when software does not work.

I've been struggling for a couple of hours trying to get rid of the black bars on the left and right side of the frame. I'm using a Canon 5D Mark III with EOS Webcam Utility 2.0 on an iMac Pro. I'm about to give up!

I currently own a canon R6 and I am planning on doing a livestream tomorrow, have you tried doing live streams longer than 1 or 2 hours? does it turn off by itsels? does it overheats? Thanks!

Oh, my god. Literally in this hell currently. I'm at the point where I'm almost thinking of a new camera body from another vendor and a lens adapter for my favorite lenses. Sheesh

Thanks for doing this. I was curious if Canon would be better since Sony cameras stopped being compatible with Macs once the iOS went above 13 (Ventura). Sony does not appear to have any plans to make their cameras compatible with Mac again - myself and several others have reached out repeatedly. I'm definitely not up for going through what it takes to make a Canon camera work with my computer based on this. Thanks a million for the insight!

I question that any software can truly "scale up" from 720 to Full HD. I could not see that in practice. Can you demonstrate the higher image quality when the original is only starts out at 720p?

Thank you so much for this review ! I have Mac and getting this software would be less of a hassle for me , I was able to connect my EOS M200 though wifi but it wouldn't stay like yours seems you do need the usb, that's a bummer.

Welcome to my world. I did not even try to pair my M50m2 camera. The Canon Community Discussion Board was not as helpful as I have experience in many other communities on a variety of other topics. It seems the Canon Community describes the Canon Webcam Utility Pro 2.0 as a "Device Driver" even though it looks like, and acts like a software application, which is what I called it. They didn't understand me when I called it software. Canon is shooting themselves in the foot with their poor documentation and website. The user experience was challenging for me. And paying a premium subscription for a maximum of 1080p is a bit of a stretch. Clean HDMI out from the M50mk2 into a capture card seems to be the way to go because it is the only way to achieve 4k. I just do not yet have the capture card.

I feel like canon is trying to compete with exam and not obs. the price point is a lot lower than exam for subscription and I think thats what they are banking on
