I agree ...however her use of alcohol in excess may not be something she would choose to reveal in the way they are describing it for fear of losing him. Granted he has seen her drunk and stumbling...but that to him is just how she "turns up"

I don't know how I'd feel about exposing my addiction to the world but I at the same time enjoyed this exposure because I'm suffering from addiction and it's kinda taboo in the black community & I wish it wasn't that way! Smh... when I went to my first rehab I was the only black girl there and before I went I had court because my family court ordered me and my prosecuting attorney Fr told me "you just need to GO TO JAIL YOUR KIND DONT NEED REHAB!" It was at that time I realized I was blessed to be getting treatment in a real facility because the attorney was racist but right they sober us up in JAIL. They hardly ever take the time to see if our black men and women may have mental illness or addictions of some sort. I HOPE T GETS THE HELP SHE DESERVES AND NEEDS WE NEVER SEE IT ITS USUALLY OUR CLOSE ONES TO RECOGNIZE WERE SLIPPING FIRST

I just think Cisco didn’t know and have much knowledge about her drinking problems, and didn’t wanna jump into a stressful situation. He saw it as a potential healthy relationship and said she behaved completely differently. So I don’t agree with most of you that he didn’t care, he clearly cared and was just trying his best as a man to see how he could help without having much knowledge of it. Y’all reading too deeply

Has anyone noticed the number of times Tee has said those 3 words and Cisco said I GOT LOVE FOR HER...there's a difference people. Maybe he's guarding his heart because Strawberry was extra in NY...she was a bit cray-cray and then to get involved with the *CREEP SQUAD* .Peter was the only cat not to hit that. And lastly, Cisco's baby's Mom...that sista didn't play at all. She and Cisco probably stood toe-to-toe plenty of days&nights. Cisco has demons he's trying to fight.
There's something else going on with Tee...that sista is depressed and turning to a depressant to feel better. Really? Cisco can't help her on that level because she has to recognize for herself that she has a problem. Going to rehab will bring all of that out. She needs an extended stay, not a 30 day program.

Me too sis but she has to take ownership with whatever. This is why counseling and/or rehab doesn't help a lot of people. Counselors need to know this. I learned it from ♥Iyanla Vanzant♥...she would be perfect for Tee!
Natalie Harris you're absolutely right they mentioned dropping her off at this 24 hangover place 24 hours smh isn't even gonna begin to pour out the withdrawals and underlying pain for why she drinks! I have parents who've both dealt with addiction and unfortunately I too have been to rehab I'm going back because like you said 30 days don't cut it! It gets you clean but then you're put in the real world and now you're faced with living clean and it's hard because it's like doing it for the 1st time!! And I like many relapsed right after 30 days. I'm gonna do 30 days inpatient than 30 days outpatient bc I need someone to keep me sober after the 30 days.. and mines isn't drinking but I learned that drinking can be just as bad!! #AddictionisReal #BlackWomenNeedtoRecognizeMentalProblemsDOexist!!!

Firstly, I would like to congratulate you my sista♥♥♥♥♥You're willing to put in the time&effort to not just get past this problem, you're trying to get beyond it and I'm proud of you. I, personally, have never been to rehab but I know 30 days is like 15 days for real and there's no way a person can come back into the world and just face it like it's nothing. I would think it would be scary because you're seeing the world clearer than before.

Look when it comes to this "reality tv" they know beforehand which topics they are gonna talk about. Thats why these scenes be coming off so phony. Sometimes you do get some genuine reactions (i.e. that face Joc made when Jasmine said Kirk was the baby daddy) but most are set up a certain way. I do think Moniece really does care for Teairra but she shouldve had the rehab convo with Teairra first THEN talked to Cisco (even tho this relationship seem suspect to me anyways.) Ima keep watching tho so I dont have to be ratchet in my life.

Oh, come ON. Did you not see her at that meeting they had last episode where she introduced Cisco to her friends? It was supposed to be a casual meeting with only a few glasses of wine, and yet she was BEYOND wasted. When you're *that* drunk at a relatively low-key social gathering-especially one where relatively serious issues are supposed to be discussed with the people you care about that most-that's a sign that you may very well be an alcoholic.
