Awesome video once again! Is it not better to try to rinse those residue areas as best you can? They may serve as problem areas for the customer right?
Thank you, I appreciate it. I get what you're saying but I think I'm rinsing them enough so that it won't be a problem later. I run a little higher pressure than many cleaners at between 550-600 psi and at a .6 flow on a two jet wand so it may not look like it but there's actually a lot of water flushing the carpet.
Rarely. VLM is an extremely hard sell in my area. Oxi Fresh is really the only company doing any type of VLM in residential around here so on top of it already being a hard sell, they are ruining it. I just got tired of trying to sell it to skeptical customers and even when the carpet looked great, they still had doubts about the method and how much soil was removed. Nobody ever questions the wand and hoses lol so I'm just sticking with HWE. I do still occasionally use the Challenger for commercial work, or the CRB.
@AllAmericanMack I understand, similar here.. Just don't discuss methods anymore. This is how I do it, and if they're not happy...no chrg. But I'm 30yrs into this business, that helps. You do good work , in time, your reputation will grow, and your choice of method will be more trusted. Keep it up!
Even tho I saw your electric truck mount the generator if it’s a dual fuel you can use propane instead of gas for the generator so you have good power with propane or it’s would be very insane to get a butler truck mount because mark saiger said they are the best ones and yet quiet
Butlers are very good machines and if I were to ever get a pto machine, it would be a Butler. My generator is dual fuel and can run propane so if it ever runs out of gas I can just hook it up to the propane tank.
Damn good job Mac!! About how long does it take the carpet to dry?
Thanks man! I tell the customers it's going to be about 4-6 hours and usually it's around 4 hours if it didn't need too much flushing.

Amazing job 😊
Nice work, ever use your Challenger anymore?

Do you still use the otter pump? And what do you use for heat?
Yes, still using the Water Otter and a Little Giant propane heater.
