    It seems like Dr. Nussbaum knows how to get the maximum result with the minimal amount of grafts. Epic doc💯

      @@ndumarco great. fantastic job hardest part was sleeping on back for them 3 days.. I only needed density in front, keep in touch in coming months I’ll show you what it’ll look like. It’s like a perfect buzz cut at moment, 2000 grafts

    I love the incredible economy of grafts used to achieve such a soft, natural result. It’s also great to see a doctor performing excellent work on female patients too. Thanks for sharing Joe!

      Yeah, props for handling the female cases as well as male cases. So many clinics get them wrong.

    The hairline naturalness results are better than what I see by Dr. Juan Couto from FUE Expert in Madrid Spain.

    • @hairtransplantchannel
      @hairtransplantchannel  11 місяців тому

      I haven’t looked at Couto’s work in a while but I don’t recall being overly impressed with the naturalness and I recall thinking he’s not using microscopes, or if he is then not properly, in order to separate and create proper single hair grafts. Dr. Aron and all HTM doctors do.

    Great job covering so many results in the video. It's a lot of work but a great way to get a sense of the doctor's work in one stop.
    Props as well to the doctor because, as you pointed out, it's often difficult to find high quality photographs of results for "nitpicky" analysis, which you should be wanting to see if you're considering a doctor.

      I actually require it in order to start the application process. I currently have three clinics that have applied over a year ago that have invested in real cameras and lighting and are taking the time necessary to document enough results for consideration.

    Great results! Can you explain your comment at 3:40 about not taking Finasteride. Is that because it is less effective as you get into late 40s-50s?

    • @hairtransplantchannel
      @hairtransplantchannel  11 місяців тому +1

      It's not that it's less effective but older men usually want an older hairline, so less donor is used which means more hair is available and can be transplanted at lower densities to gain a cosmetic improvement that the patient is happy with. Also, their future pattern of loss (if any) is usually more visible so longer term planning is more easily done. It is highly variable of course, and it isn't so easy to just gloss over in this video, nor this response to you:) I may make a video talking about who should absolutely take it and who might be able to get away without taking it.

    I think a hybrid of the content would be best instead say 16 results maybe 10 and 1 detailed analysis of a surgery. That way we can see the multiple results of the doctor and still learn more about what to look for when looking at prospective doctors work. I feel like I learn a lot when you do the more detailed review of a doctors work.

    • @hairtransplantchannel
      @hairtransplantchannel  11 місяців тому +2

      Fair enough, I appreciate your comment. I'll probably pull back for the next one, and maybe do a hybrid as you suggested.

    Fab results! All very natural! I'd like to see more examples of Doctors in the UK as so far the only one I'd consider seeing is Dr Ball from the Maitland Clinic. Pleeeeeease do another UK clinic 🙂

     Thanks for making such informative videos,
    If you could recommend a doctor with the same experience as Dr. Aron Nusbaum in Ohio or any state nearby, I'd appreciate it.

    • @hairtransplantchannel
      @hairtransplantchannel  10 місяців тому

      Experience? I don't think anyone has the same since Dr. Nusbaum has been around surgery since he was 5 years old, so his experience is quite unique. But for having twenty plus years of surgical experience, that would be Dr. Haber. It is up to you to decide if he has the same skillset.

    Makes me kinda sad to know just how many grafts I’d need to look halfway decent.

    • @hairtransplantchannel
      @hairtransplantchannel  11 місяців тому +1

      I understand that. If you can adjust your idea of what “looking decent”means you might wind up being happy in the long term. But of course learning to live with loss and simply stabilizing it is the first step and most crucial step because if you approach surgery from a position of desperation it is more likely to fail, in my experience.

    Love this format Joe! Would love to see more videos like this! Maybe also for your European followers you could make a video like this with an eu surgeon, like Bruno Ferreira for example! I would really love to see that.
    Thanks!

    It is very important to notice whether the patient used finasteride or minoxidil during post OP period. Especially minoxidil since it can give a very big difference. Without such information these reviews are much less helpfull.

      No. Not at all. In fact you should be free to exercise again but confirm with your clinic.

    Here’s an idea: why don’t you livestream simply going on forums or Reddit and analysing the results there in real time? That’d be interesting.
    Is the mane event going to become more frequent again?

    • @hairtransplantchannel
      @hairtransplantchannel  11 місяців тому

      That’s a good idea but I’m not sure how that would be received. I imagine many wouldn’t want to be in a video even though they are sharing in Reddit and I’d be dealing with frequent take down requests. May be more of a hassle than it’s worth.

    Greetings sir thanks for the video.
    I got done my hair transplant 2 and half months back. some weeks before my hair transplant i stopped my gym and all other forms of exercises, and i didn't resumed yet. my gym trainer meets me today and he said i became fat and after examining my physical features he said iam almost obese and i should reduce my fat otherwise i can lead to health issues. he advised me to cut some of my calories and says to add high protien diet. he says doing weight loss while having a balanced diet won't impact hair growth but he is not a doctor. If i focus on weight loss with high protien diet ( without including protien supplements like creatine whey protien etc ) insted of it i eat soy chunks, eggs, milks, peanut butter, chicken, pulses, dry fruits etc and will do moderate level weight training without stressing a lot. i can aim for weight loss slowly and steadily. is this ok to do can i start this soon or do i need to wait for more months.

    Hello sir how are you? after the 2 nd month of my hair transplant i saw some small growth of hair on my hairline the implanted area. i used my palms i slowly moved those hairs to backward direction sometimes. later i came to know that its not good to do like that. I didn't noticed any bleeding or anything not normal than before. should i worry about this will this affect my result iam very much worried about this

    Hi sir 🙏
    After 8 days of my hair transplant. just a hour ago i bend down to take some of my books. when i moved my head up after taking books my transplanted area touches a can ( spray bottle ) which was setted on a wall. i didn't noticed any bleeding or any signs of grafts coming out. iam not concerned about this bleeding and grafts comes out.
    but iam thinking that is there any other problem can occur which is not visible to my eyes and affects the survivability and growth of transplanted hair follicles
    Does this a cause of concern if no signs of bleeding.

    Hello
    Sir
    I wanted to ask you one thing. Please reply if possible.
    I also done a hair transplant 58 days back. yesterday while i was sleeping during night i accidentally hit my forehead ( an inch below my hairline ) on wall. It was a small bump and i didn't see any swelling or bleeding.
    Will this affect my hair transplant result?

    Sir On the 7 th day of my Hair Transplant . I masturbated. I did not cause any abrasion or jerk or movement to the Transplanted area so no hair graft was dislodged. Can it have any effect on the final result ? Will my hair grow because I masturbated in the 7 th day of my Hair Transplant ? I know since I did not cause any damage to the transplanted area externally, I should be fine, but I was wondering if internally can it release some enzyme or hormones which would kill hair graft ?
