It's not the audience laughing, every studio with a live audience has "laughers" paid by the production team to get the crowd cheering and laughing by laughing loudly first. I am willing to bet it's one of these people who mistimed the laugh. Notice how the audience initially doesn't laugh, it's only a few loudmouths. That's the laughers. Compare 6:05 to when Bill makes an actual joke at 6:19 and the actual audience erupts with laughter.

It's complete BS. If you know anything about the USA government and presidency classification.. Presidents are not allowed to enter area 51! Under no circumstances. There was only 1 President who made threats to the government about invading Area 51 with the 1st Army and that was Dwight David "Ike" Eisenhower. He got an army ready to rock and he was briefly taking into area 51 for maybe under an hour. Never spoke of the place after that and never shared any information about it either.

How can you love Bill Clinton? The Clintons are money & power obsessed parasites. With the Clintons, It's not even a debate - although there are no excuses to not have enough information to show why they are god awful people. Haiti is just one of many examples of their delusional greed - they work as a unit. So, while Bill may have been the primary face of the Haiti disaster - Hilary was Secretary of State & was just as closely involved with the fundraising, messaging & implementation. The UN appointed Bill Clinton as UN Special Envoy for Haiti a year before the earthquakes even hit - Bill spent that time bringing investment banks on personal tours through Haiti. Thankfully, once the earthquake hit Haiti, Clinton was able to reference his own 2006 disaster protocol report - which had been commissioned by the UN (post Indian Ocean Tsunami) in order to provide the world with a "standard" Disaster Recovery model. This 2006 report was titled *"Build Back Better"* - therefore, it was the obvious fundraising slogan of choice for Clinton & Bush.
The problem is, less than 3% of that 13B went back to Haitians. The other 97% went back to the UN, the donor countries military complexes, and of course, mostly to - *Public-Private Partnerships (PPP)* - which was the entire basis of the OG "Build Back Better" slogan. So the Clinton Global Initiative (CGI) gave out huge contracts to their donors & members. Not only did the projects fail horribly but they also stole land from Haitian farmers in order to construct huge cement factories. Nearly all of US aid went to just ONE of these "industrial parks" via PPP construction contract - the contract was awarded to donors of the CGI, who just happened to be the vary investment bank (Inter-American Development Bank) that Bill brought to Haiti a year earlier on a strategic "Investment Opportunities" trip. The downside of stealing land from farmers that you're suppose to be providing with humanitarian relief: it could result in a manufactured food crisis... Oh, right - It did.
So Haiti is in a disaster crisis and Bill Clintons job as Special Envoy was to ensure the $13B in Global Relief Aid was distributed fairly to the people of Haiti, help rebuild homes, businesses & local schools. Instead he gave the aid to his NGO donors, personal corporate partners & to the UN who gave him the authority to oversee distribution of the Haiti fund in the first place. All while withholding aid from Haitian citizens & even the Haitian government itself. For corporate oligarchs, the beauty of the PPP/BBB model is they can run massive global fundraising campaigns and then simply divide the funds up amongst themselves. The Haitian companies certainly weren't the ones awarded with the public-private partnership contracts. So these international mega corps came in and pushed out domestic Haitian companies & generational family owned businesses - at least, the ones who hadn't already lost their livelihoods in the disaster. Agricultural land grabbing & evicting families from their homes was just the cherry on top 🤌 Meanwhile Hillary was running campaigns to partner with as many big investors as possible - her banners read "Haiti is open for business"..... "HAITI IS OPEN FOR BUSINESS"!? People were literally dying and all she could see was a potential sales pitch.
Speaking of the UN, they were also hanging out in Haiti - role-playing as their saviors (Peacekeepers Unit). The UN did receive a large chunk of the Haiti fund & by sending a bunch of 20 year olds on a camping trip to Haiti to "help out", it could help keep up international appearances. That didn't end well either as they ended up starting a Cholera epidemic in Haiti. Oops!
It came from the camp where they were dumping bathroom waste buckets into the river. In other words, the UN peacemakers dumped their contaminated feces into the towns water supply. It was the first time cholera had been introduced in Haiti in recorded history - over 820,000 confirmed cases and nearly 10,000 deaths. The UN however, said that uncivilized Haiti was the one to blame as they should have better hygiene and plumbing systems. Needless to say the UN wanted to avoid financial responsibility to the people of Haiti for the epidemic - after all, that would mean they would have to give the Haiti global fund to the Haitians & we certainly can't have that.
The Clintons dont care about humanitarian efforts or saving lives - they only care about status and international power. NGOs sure are great for networking, stashing cash & closing global business deals.

I miss the economy of the 90's.
I missed the economy of the 80s and how awesome is the economy about two years ago. However the economy in the 90s was not bad at all. The Clinton Foundation helped oversee/distribute more than $13 billion for the 2010 Global Haiti Fund. The UN appointed Bill Clinton as UN Special Envoy for Haiti a year before the earthquakes even hit - Bill spent that time bringing investment banks on personal tours through Haiti. Thankfully, once the earthquake hit Haiti, Clinton was able to reference his own 2006 disaster protocol report - which had been commissioned by the UN (post Indian Ocean Tsunami) in order to provide the world with a "standard" Disaster Recovery model. This 2006 report was titled *"Build Back Better"* - therefore, it was the obvious fundraising slogan of choice for Clinton & Bush.
The problem is, less than 3% of that 13B went back to Haitians. The other 97% went back to the UN, the donor countries military complexes, and of course, mostly to - *Public-Private Partnerships (PPP)* - which was the entire basis of the OG "Build Back Better" slogan. So the Clinton Global Initiative (CGI) gave out huge contracts to their donors & members. Not only did the projects fail horribly but they also stole land from Haitian farmers in order to construct huge cement factories. Nearly all of US aid went to just ONE of these "industrial parks" via PPP construction contract - the contract was awarded to donors of the CGI, who just happened to be the vary investment bank (Inter-American Development Bank) that Bill brought to Haiti a year earlier on a strategic "Investment Opportunities" trip. The downside of stealing land from farmers that you're suppose to be providing with humanitarian relief: it could result in a manufactured food crisis... Oh, right - It did.
So Haiti is in a disaster crisis and Bill Clintons job as Special Envoy was to ensure the $13B in Global Relief Aid was distributed fairly to the people of Haiti, help rebuild homes, businesses & local schools. Instead he gave the aid to his NGO donors, personal corporate partners & to the UN who gave him the authority to oversee distribution of the Haiti fund in the first place. All while withholding aid from Haitian citizens & even the Haitian government itself. For corporate oligarchs, the beauty of the PPP/BBB model is they can run massive global fundraising campaigns and then simply divide the funds up amongst themselves. The Haitian companies certainly weren't the ones awarded with the public-private partnership contracts. So these international mega corps came in and pushed out domestic Haitian companies & generational family owned businesses - at least, the ones who hadn't already lost their livelihoods in the disaster. Agricultural land grabbing & evicting families from their homes was just the cherry on top 🤌 Meanwhile Hillary was running campaigns to partner with as many big investors as possible - her banners read "Haiti is open for business"..... "HAITI IS OPEN FOR BUSINESS"!? People were literally dying and all she could see was a potential sales pitch.
Speaking of the UN, they were also hanging out in Haiti - role-playing as their saviors (Peacekeepers Unit). The UN did receive a large chunk of the Haiti fund & by sending a bunch of 20 year olds on a camping trip to Haiti to "help out", it could help keep up international appearances. That didn't end well either as they ended up starting a Cholera epidemic in Haiti. Oops!
It came from the camp where they were dumping bathroom waste buckets into the river. In other words, the UN peacemakers dumped their contaminated feces into the towns water supply. It was the first time cholera had been introduced in Haiti in recorded history - over 820,000 confirmed cases and nearly 10,000 deaths. The UN however, said that uncivilized Haiti was the one to blame as they should have better hygiene and plumbing systems. Needless to say the UN wanted to avoid financial responsibility to the people of Haiti for the epidemic - after all, that would mean they would have to give the Haiti global fund to the Haitians & we certainly can't have that.
The Clintons dont care about humanitarian efforts or saving lives - they only care about status and international power. NGOs sure are great for networking, stashing cash & closing global business deals.
