- My best friend @AntoineVaillant and I took a 1.5 day Bodybuilder Road Trip in a Van, Trained at 5 gyms, ate Chicken Rice & Broccoli in the parking lots of grocery stores and gas stations, and drove 1000 miles to nowhere.
