  • Join me for 2 rides on the infamous Antelope wooden roller coaster located at Gulliver’s Warrington
This 1995 in house built family coaster was designed by Allott and Lomax and this is actually my last UK wooden coaster and it is also a great starter ride for younger children
There is not much information on The Antelope but when it was built it was supposed to have a splash down section at the end but this was never built in, also the last car of the train was taken off and so was the second train
A copy of Antelope is going to be built at Gulliver’s Valley Resort a new theme park located in Rotherham South Yorkshire
Both POV’s are filmed in HD 1080p 60fps using a GoPro Hero 6 and chest harness with permission from the park management

Wow this brings back memories. I must have ridden that ride at least 200 times by now, we got season passes and went basically every weekend; it's a lot bigger in person than you see here; not massive but bigger. The last straight was really bumpy most of the time though, however I really enjoyed that as part of the ride's character. Genuinely one of my favourite rides to this day, mostly based on sentiment, here's hoping it's got many more years of use

This is by far the best ride in gullivers. Was worth the 40 minute wait!

This was my first ever roller coaster, Gulliver's World being literally two minutes down the road from my parents' house.

Took my 5 year old on this and we sat at the back. Brilliant ride and seems much bigger and faster in person.

Went on this last year! Put my hands up while going down the drop! I physically flopped down and almost winded myself, because I hit my stomach on the bar!

Nice video!! Reminds me of the old wooden “cyclone” that used to be in Southport. Was a historical crime that it got pulled down.
