    Paul is a great successful man, that loves those kids as if they were his own, living together as couples not married is a sin not a crime, people should live their lives they they want as long as it don't affect they kids lives, the ex husband is a bit jealous of Paul, and should,nt listen to his father telling what he should do with his personal life, every one don't live by the good book and it's not a crime, only a choice, Paul and Nancy loves each other and the kids, it will be a great Idea for them to get married,❤😊 love the movie.

    They laugh when women are so easy and would never buy the cow if they could get the milk for nothing
    As far as living together before marriage they realize there are tons of desperate and lonely women who don't care about what they do on front of there children. It must be horrible to be so desperate

      @@irenemorley75 this is exactly what it happened to me. İn very graceful words. At 55 I still have to put up with two old bitter, toxic, imature ,extremely selfish ,bully parents. Staying in a toxic marriage is the most convenient choice for toxic people actually. My mother also cheated on my father with several men doing the same exact imoral things that made the topic of this movie- exposing me as a child to grown up stuff that I was not supposed to witness.

    The only thing she did wrong is telling the kids about the court case before there was a ruling. And that was indeed very wrong. And then the judge made it even worse. How on earth is it allowed for two minors to be questioned like this. Is it just in my country that minors give testimony outside of the courtroom and that testimony is shared in court by video footage?

    The movie was okay but those children should never forget that just because their father and mother could not get along, that does not mean he don't love them, and they should not replace their real father for another man, sometime those men end up having sex with step kids, it is good law are there to make people live moral lives when it comes to their children.

    I'm Glad this had a Happy Ending with Mom married to a good Man who adores her & the Children, and she actually loves him but was afraid to remarry at first. The kids adore him as well and prefer to be with their Mom. Dad was heartless, vindictive, and religiously biased. It is a better example for the kids to not just shack up with someone, BUT that's Not to be used as an Excuse to try to take Children away. Glad all ended well.

    • @apm763
      @apm763 29 днів тому +4

      The dad was not heartless, because he agreed to her keeping the kids if she married her live-in lover. For that same reason, neither was he vindictive. He said earlier on that he wouldn't try to gain custody of the kids if she re-married. The dad was no more religiously biased than the mother was biased in favour of her own immoral beliefs.

    Now that was an exceptional ending. She said she loved her kids, however she's thinking about her rights rather than what was right and moral for the whole bunch. Her rights were not right expressed in front of her children. If marriage wasn't exceptable, than living together should not have been exceptable morally either. Do what is right all around. Never allow your children to be exposed to what you believe is right for you, when there not old enough to decide what is acceptable to them. To choose wrongly is to choose wrongly for your children. I think her boyfriend should have considered the girls also when deciding to move in. Do what's morally right everytime always and all goes well everytime. And if the mother wasn't selfish she would not have put her girls to war against the dad, or expose them to the court system.
    Swallow our pride and concentrate on others-centered, not self centeredness.😊🤔

    Unpopular opinion: If you’re living with a man, why don’t you just marry him? What is the point of playing house, and you’re not ready to make that type of commitment? You don’t believe in marriage, yet you’re playing like you are and risking losing your children, in the process? I, myself do not desire marriage. I absolutely don’t want to share a space with a man. I don’t see the point in living with a man, who wants to marry you, if your goal isn’t marriage. Take your kids and move out. The father is not wrong for not wanting his kids to be involved with her antics. He’s not driven by jealousy, when he clearly asked her to just marry the man she’s living with. I’m not saying she’s wrong for moving how she wants…but what is the point? 😒

      Stable Marriage is for the children. Lots of damaged children these days that never felt unconditional love. They then turn to drugs and alcohol and other vices to cover their pain. Many people want to deny this but children need a nurturing environment and not daycare raising their children or parents only trying to meet their own needs

      And, some of us love doing both. I returned to full-time work when each child turned 13 mos. old. Like all parents, I made mistakes but was always there for my children, home cooked meals, no housekeeper and made time for them every evening. When they were in 1st grade, were at a 6th grade reading level. Sometimes quality time is better than quantity time. Most of my SAHM friends only served pizza & burgers to their families, houses were messy and they spent most of their days at the mall with their kids.

I do believe children need structure but a person's dating life doesn't affect how one parents. If it does thats when it would be an issue. Only IF the outside party dating the parent of the child is negative or abusive. Seems to me these children are happy with their mother. The father is upset because has no input on mama's lifestyle and how she runs the home. 💯

      So sick of religious cranks who think their morals are the only ones that matter, and that children are clay with no personality of their own who can be molded in the father's own ego. Both the dad and the grandad were interested only in their own self image.

      I suppose the real moral thing to do would have been for them both to stay in a horrible marriage that wasnt working and made both their lives a misery for the sake of the children like most people do .For pity sake im not all that sure marriage should even exist in this day and age - Everyone should be free no matter what and people signing themselves up to another person reminds me too much of a form of slavery for my liking

    You either ignore the rules set forth in the Bible or you obey them. The rules will not change over time. Sex outside of marriage is a sin according to God's laws. If you want to sin you can, but don't think it will be fine with the Lord.
