      Oatmeal can be a healthy food option. You just have to choose the right one.

      I am a former nutritionist and oatmeal is great for weight loss. I lost 90 pounds, over 10 years ago, eating it every morning. Now, I didn't eat the sugar filled packets of instant oatmeal; I got containers of old fashioned oats.
