At 13/14 years old I went through a difficult period that I was able to face with my own strength and the help and support of others, I just wanted to give him some summarized advice. I also thought it was cute... Oh and sorry if I gave him *decent* advice as long as he doesn't get real bad advice from real wrong people. And with this. I was diagnosed with autism, depression and anxiety last week, I'm currently 23, the depression/anxiety came as a result of my condition, they started when I was 12.
I feel lost and lonely most of the time, at least now I know why I could never find a good group of friends or have stable relationships, I've had 1 gf so far and the experience left me traumatized, I don't want it anymore, I don't even socialize anymore, idk how to do it, ppl end up getting bored and go away, but that's life, it's been like that since I remember so whatever. I fully count on my family, which is a huge blessing rn, it scares the shit out of me when I think they'll be gone some day tho. I try to continuously vent myself and improve everyday, in the end, it seems clear that I'm gonna get older alone.

If it makes you feel better I have adhd, autism and schizophrenia and life gets rough but remember god doesn’t burden a soul more than it can handle, if you learn to navigate the autism it is a super power all the best hope god eases your pains and struggles, it won’t be for nothing, you will get rewarded for all. never been in a relationship so i cant offer much advice, but I'd recommend finding some kind of passion, maybe working out, drawing, playing games, something to keep you motivated and happy, so that in due time, you can forget the pain and move on.
Iistening to this, i realsied something so important yet so overlooked. Some of us dont value the time we have right now. Imagine time as a straight line and when you do something a new line is made. This doesnt have ti be an activity, but also time you spend with other people. Now when i mean taken for granted that could aslo mean taking people for granted. Our friends are lines on this main "time" line and some are bigger than others. Now time spent wirh people adds up and can never shrink, but it can look small compared to other "time" lines. If we allow these lines to get to small then we can probally not only hurt ourselves mentally, but we could aslo lose our friend to. Its a shame, and thats what i mean by taking time for granted. Ignoring a friend, letting that line grow smaller while the others grow bigger , and we onky truly miss it when its gone

Guys you need to hear me out I was once a nice kid but I had a small problem everything that happens to me I would keep it inside of me and I wouldn't share it to anyone years pass and I grew up at 13 this small problem gets even bigger and I started acting aggressive towards people I started ever in that used to laugh at me or talk about my mom and dad I used to hit them and everyone in class used to be scared of me and I try to change it nothing changed till recent years I have changed and I'm not any more violent I know how to handle stuff I've been through it just so you know you're not alone every problem that happens to you need to share it with your family friends whoever because you'll end up like me
