Wash your hair atleast 3 times a month or if your hair really smells bad or dirty just use your conscience use the sponge atleast 2-3 times a week for 6-8 mins

Same. I was sponging mine everyday and it made them stringy and looked bad. I picked mine and restarted. Probably gonna only sponge once a week and let it be after that. Sleep in my bonnet to keep it protected and just leave it be
