This is Part 1 of my review, I cover Before & After for Results, Weight, How I Felt, Sleep, and Hair/Skin/Nails. Also, included is an UPDATE as to how I look after a week of being finished with the 7 Day H.R.
In Part 2 I will cover Cost, Meals/Meal Prep, Supplements, Substitutions (with a little about working out).
I recently finished Christine Hronec's 7 Day Hormone Reset and well let's just say I am VERY pleased with the results thus far. I do believe that you need to do the whole 21 Day Hormone Reset she offers but this is a really good start to it!
