It's part of a set of three preludes that were published as a second edition in 1971, but I think at the bottom of this first prelude I can read the date 1954, so I would guess that is the date of the first edition. I could only find a few facts about the composer, but it seems that one of her guitar teachers was Maria Luisa Anido, and she studied composition with none other than Alberto Ginastera.
